My husband and I moved in about a month ago and we love our new apartments. The community is so nice and clean. The apartment itself is breathtaking and the kitchen....omg, it is so luxurious. The gym is a great size and is open 24 hours. The pool is beautiful and we even have a car wash station. There are multiple bark parks around the community and the community is always having something going on. We have Food Trucks here mostly every Wednesday and the management staff are amazing. We are very happy to be living in this community and all of our family members are completely blown away then they come in every time. This area is great and very conveniently located by the mall, shopping and restaurants. We couldn't be happier to live here.

It is built on an ant sanctuary, you are required to have Brighthouse, and nickle and dimed to death with little fees here and there. Location is fantastic but that's about it.

I love it here, its very quiet, clean and has many nice amenities. Honestly its probably the first apartment that I have truly enjoyed living in. It does come at a higher price, but its definitely worth it.

We love Crescent Crosstown... the people here are great. The property is beautiful and the staff is helpful, professional and efficient. The location is the best, with easy access to Tampa and Lakeland.

Friendly people, great service. The staff is quick to take care of problems as they arise. A pleasure to live here. Quiet.
