Don't try to get out of your lease early - it's a nightmare. Management has gone through some changes recently so they are a little scatter brained, but they are nice girls and will try to help in any way they can. They are very expensive apartments, and the extra fees are kind of ridiculous.

Let's start with the good things: The apartments themselves are phenomenal. You get your own garage! The staff is incredibly helpful and the grounds are always well-kept. The location is ideal for nearly everyone: right off the freeway, surrounded by food and places to work, it's great! They take care of all the maintenance and the community is awesome! The bad things: There's a fee for literally everything and none of it is optional. The garage costs extra, the data package (which includes cable, internet, and a land line phone) is an extra $100 on top of the rent. I don't even own a TV! Want to renew your lease? That's a fee. Want to switch to a new apartment? Another fee. Overall, the place is awesome, but it's owned by a corporation out to get your money and that's *very* obvious when you live here.

Katherine and Miah are awesome. It's been a great experience living here. My lease is up in a couple months so I will write a more thorough review based off my experience as a whole. Everything from getting lease papers signed to moving out. To be continued.. :)

DO NOT STAY HERE! THEY'LL ROB YOU OF ALL YOUR MONEY! 1) They charge 100$ apart from the base rent for the data package whether you want it or not 2) They charge 100$ for parking garage whether you want it or not. 3) If God forbid you do have a pet, they take 600$ in deposit for it and only 300$ are refundable (which they obviously won't refund) 4) If under any circumstances you need to leave, they'd give you no assistance in finding a subleaser and would tell you to go to KSL or something even though they can easily get people to sub lease your apartment, 5) They charge 500$ as a lease transfer fee! (Good luck finding a sub leaser then especially for an over charged luxury apartment) 6) They make you pay utility bills even though you might not have lived in the apartment till the end of your lease in case you relocate. 7) If you loose a crappy gym fob they charge another 50$ for replacement. My experience living there was horrible and they returned no portion of my deposits claiming they had to clean the apartment. Even if that was the case it would not cost them an entire 500$ worth of deposit money to do so. They charged me another 184$ for the utilities I had never used. The apartments in all are beautiful, however they come with a BIG price. They're basically leeches sucking money out of you.

I love the location, with more shops and restaurants going up all the time. I love being able to say, "I live in the apartments above the Lehi outlets". Everyone seems to immediately recognize where I live, and they usually make a comment on how nice they look. The view is stunning and the apartments are beautiful. The office staff has always been kind, knowledgable, and helpful. The gym is quite nice and is very rarely full. Many mornings I see Cresthaven employees combing the grounds for trash. It's not uncommon to see some forgotten dog poop, but I can understand that being difficult to police. My only real gripe is with the mandatory data package. You're required to pay for satellite, telephone, and Internet. Who uses a landline phone!? Should you somehow find yourself needing to send a fax back to the 1980's, you're all set. I don't watch TV, making the required DISH (SD, no DVR) subscription frustrating. The worst is the Internet. It used to be a dinky 10 MB, now bumped up to 30 MB. The management decided to up the package bill by $10/mo to account for the "exciting" 3x speed. 30 MB is something it should've been at a minimum in the first place for a brand new complex with Veracity fiber. I have a faster connection on my cell phone, which I pay much less for than the silly $100/mo data package. For comparison, my last place down the road had 250 MB for $40/month - admittedly a great deal, but still leaves me feeling robbed with this current setup.
