Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Been here a year and hate that im leaving but I want a bigger one bedroom than this place offers otherwise id still be here. Ive caught the flu and slept for two days with my keys in the door and instead of being taken advantage of my neighbors turned my keys in into the office. Also management is very nice and helpful ive never had to complain about anything here but whenever I turned in my rent I was always greeted with smiles. The neighborhood is always clean I can only complain about parking and the pool always being filled with kids all day but whatever life goes on.

I will have to say that I am pleasantly surprised. It is an older community but the inside of my unit is fine. Often times, cheap = ghetto but I can definitely say this is not the case. It is very quiet, seems maintained and the staff is A1.

Just moved in. The apartments are old but the neighbors seem nice enough. The are definitely a lot of bugs and you need to be careful about that. The laundry facility is awful and needs to be updated. The machines look like they have been there since the complex was built. The outside of the apartment is not very pretty but the renovations on the inside are nice. The staff is great. Overall you get what you pay for!

Lived here comfortably for almost nine years. Close to the interstate, but secluded enough. Only complaint would be the volume of the bass in the music neighbors like. I love loud rock n roll music, but common courtesy compells me to turn it down in the complex. Turns out not to be so common in others, especially while parked in the lots. Still a great place to live.

This is only good for people without families!!! We moved here in May and we hate it!!! We are moving out in 60 days because they requior 60 day notice. The pool is always dirty and instead of cleaning it they dump loads of chlorine in it, and you come out so dry and stinking. We lived out of state and they told my mother-in-law that they had water bugs not cockroaches, which she did not know that those are cockroaches.I have had the pest guy out every week and still get cockroaches, spiders, centapides, and pincher bugs.Cockroaches have fallen into my bed and one landed on my newborn. The water out of the sink smells like chlorine. We have shorts in the electrical. We have had mold on one side of the house, the whole side. Everything is so crapy from the tubs, sink, flooring, everything is cheep and they dont come to fix it. The apartment above us leaked and our thing in the second bedroom were ruined and the wall is all modly. Our closet still does not close, the office never answer when calling them. And the air sucks, our bill was $150 and we have it set at 75f on auto. I am a neat freak and need to clean everything all the time so I know that we are not attracting the bug from being dirty. We looked at the reviews and we did not think it would be this bad. O and the pool can not be used on weekends as it is packed, kids from other homes use it, the tennis courts are used by people playing soccer or chasing kids around, and the kids that are at the pool are never watched. There parents let then swear, do the suck it sign, and be completely rude, I wont even let my kids play outside because I do not want them exposed to this behavior. There is not gates or night security any more, and the privacy entrance are hard to move things into with the way they have it set up. And they landscaping in front of the building have bee's so you will get stung at one point.
