Disgusting place to live. Had people knocking at my door at 3 o'clock in the morning, and people trying to open my locked door when I was home! Scary as $hit. The ghetto is over 9000 here, oh and this place sent me a super late bill which I didn't get 6 months until after i moved out! it got sent to collections and I had a flawless records for payments on-time. I never got an email or phone-call, or mail about this payment I had to make, until 6 months later. $10 now = $140 absolutely ridiculous. Thanks Creston crap point. Don't move here unless you want to be shot, robbed, or have 10+ kids living above you with no mother taking care of them as they run around, scream, throw, bang, and knock on doors trolling you. They jump on your cars, dent your cars, sit on your cars, and then swear at you if you say anything. Oh, and everyone on there is pretty much living on welfare. Cops were there almost every night. Apartment across from me caught on fire by putting a metal pan in their microwave, place above me caught on fire few months later due to newspapers on the oven....... Two fires in less than 6 months because everyone who lives here is stupid. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

First things first I've lived in these apartments for 8 years now and i have a really good understanding of these apartments and I have to say it changed for the worst! i wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to have a safe, clean, friendly, and happy place to live! that video Creston point made is a BIG FAT LIE!! the apartments are dirty, they only have 1 maintenance guy so it takes a couple of days for him to come to you. The children here are DISRESPECTFUL!! they run around in the streets purposefully make dents into cars, curse at you and one time I've even had these 2 kids throw eggs at my house for NO REASON! the park is NOT a safe place for your children its over run by disrespectful black children who will fight you over a swing! the somalian children play all over E, F, & G building! also BEWARE if you plan on coming home after 10 pm you will not find any parking spaces because some people who don't even live here park and leave their cars! but luckily the security has improved and they tow away any cars that don't have the Creston point yellow tab (that you have to place in the front of your car!) oh if you lose it? its $50! what a rip off! anyway if you live in C,D,E,F, or G building (especially in the back) there is a Renton recycling facility there and its SO NOISY!! i barely get sleep sometimes because the noise is unbearable! The pool is nasty and there is kids that pee in the pool and people continue to swim in it without realizing! one good thing is that the maintenance crew keep the outside of the apartments clean sometimes. if you live on the 2nd level or 1st the neighbors above you will stomp and make a ruckus! i can't sleep at times because of this! thank god i am finally moving out of these apartments! I've had to deal with this for 8 YEARS! imagine that! I've begged my parents since the day we moved in to leave! The new management is HORRIBLE! they let CRIMINALS & SEX OFFENDERS live in these apartments and they don't even tell you! they don't even care if you have bad credit or a horrible history of housing they will let you in! The cabana (which is a rec center) is full of disrespectful black kids! they will tell you to get off the computer and deliberately turn it off so you can get off! The garbage place sometimes gets SO FULL of garbage i think sometimes the garbage companies don't come! also the pets here especially dogs literally POOP EVERYWHERE and the owners don't even pick it up! Sometimes the owners even let their dogs loose and they terrorize the children! I WARN EVERYONE WHO IS EVEN CONSIDERING TO MOVE IN HERE TO NEVER EVER MOVE IN! EVEN IF ITS YOUR LAST RESORT PLEASE DON'T MOVE IN!!!

Star had to be given, though I do not know anything about this apartment. Might I ask if anyone has brought these concerns to the management? Is this an affordable housing unit as in subsidized housing? The video on the site is outstanding, really well done so much so that I am thinking of taking the drive to WA to check it out for my college age kids. Any other apartments in the area worth looking at? Thanks in advance.

Tough place to live, but caring community once you get to know everyone. Improved a lot since 2001.
