Wasn't happy with moving out experience at all. They describe a lot of damage and small things that allow you not to receive your security deposit back. A lot of mine was previous damage before I moved in which was documented, they said it wasn't clean however I did clean it upon moving out ,very well. I was charged a cleaning fee, a carpet fee, and all other kinds of damage. When I have a report showing attempted break-in, they told me I was responsibility for repacing my apt door bc of damage so they charged me for damage for the attempted kick in break in......I recived a joke of a refund back in the amount of $11.00! Im very displeased and have never had a bad experience with any other apt I've ever rented. Be aware you wont get your security deposit back because they charge for everything they possibly can.

Lived in this complex for awhile, went from a 1 bedroom, to a 2 bedroom, to a 3 bedroom because rent was one of lowest in town. Very cheap construction, cheap materials used in apartments, cheap paint on walls, & cheap plastic fixtures. Can hear neighbors talking, laughing, doing laundry, watching TV, listening to the radio, having sex, pretty much everything through the walls & floor! High break-in rate! Pools are dirty, mailboxes falling apart, trash pickup is at 5am! NOT energy efficient! Rent vs value = sucks! This complex is quickly turning into the next Cambridge Arms Apartments! Plan on moving out ASAP!

VERY rude office ladies, the maintenance does not come to fix anything, they try to overcharge you, and it's not a safe area! Look at all the properties that 'Little and Young' own, and DONT MOVE INTO THEM!!!
