this place is simply horrible. i moved in august of 2013 with my husband, 2 year old and was pregnant. since day one that i moved in i have been battling a roach infestation that the office personnel and managers have done very little in an attempt to rectify the situation. and not to mention when i threatened to not pay rent until the problem is fixed (its been 9 months.) they threatened to evict me. they have no concern for the well being of their tenants and family of tenants. i now not only have a 2 year old that has to live in this environment but now a newborn. and the fact of the matter is they simply do not care. they dont have to live in it so its not their problem. im sorry but it shouldnt take 9 months to get rid of a roach problem. please if you value your sanity and the well being of yourself and your children do not move to this apartment complex, go across the street to camden i hear they are much much nicer.

I have lived here since 2012... I agree, it is very difficult to have maintenance come out and actually repair/ replace something. It is difficult to get a hold of management without walking into the office. I have a inconvenient work schedule and I usually can only call management, because I work later than the office is open until. They hardly answer the phone or return calls, and when you need to speak with the person who deals with the actual rent payment, it's like pulling teeth to get a hold of her. I don't even put in maintenance orders, because I know it will take weeks/ months for them to respond. It's when you actually fill out a survey for corporate is when they will actually do something. I see plenty of maintenance men walking or riding their golf carts around the complex, but, never see them actually doing anything. The smell of the dumpster is rancid, and trash is always overflowing. I work in customer service and all I am asking for is quality customer service. Thankfully, the management treats me well, but I know how they have treated others and it's unacceptable... Why does corporate not do anything about it? Why don't they hire new people? It's very frustrating for people with a low income, wanting to move to a decent place with an affordable price and quality management. They don't care.

first this is totally the truth and we have lived at Cypress Trace Apartments since 2011 to present my family and I has had to deal with a non-functioning AC unit in our apartment for every month of this year and as far back as 2012 we can track that we have been complaining about our air and they have come and charged it a number of times this year alone yesterday it got up to 81 and today the same I'm sure latest is they say they need to replace the coil .. according to the state of Florida they must fix it within 30 days well we are way past that time frame it looks as though we are somewhat powerless and are forced to deal with it or move .. for this reason and others I do not recommend these apartments to live in be wise and beware of this place they are not a good choice please believe me Jack Henriquez
