I wish I can give 0 star , just stay away .. Bad manager cheap made high price

A NEST OF THIEVES AND CRIMINALS Renters beware. The apartment community looks very nice and it is, but the security is a disgrace and there are multiple break-in and robberies to apartment homes and vehicles every month. This has been going on for years with apartment break-ins and robberies, vehicle break-ins, and even mailbox vandalism JUST in the year I lived here! Is this the apartment community's fault? ABSOLUTELY. After years of criminal activity they have not installed a SINGLE security camera. I have not once seen a security guard on patrol either. This is a luxury apartment home with very nice vehicles and well-off residents. Why no security? Don't believe me? My own car - a BMW - was STOLEN from the gated parking garage. STOLEN! Gone for good and I haven't seen it since. Someone waltzed into the gated parking garage, hot-wired my car, and drove it out, right under the noses of community management. All they had for me was a shrug and an apology. "Why no security tapes?" I asked. Their answer? "Because corporate doesn't choose to take that measure." In other words, the corporate office doesn't care enough about residents to spend money on a decent security system. It is obvious that some of the residents are helping, or at the very least LETTING IN the criminals. They have made a business out of robbing this complex. The cops are called in every single week. RENTERS BEWARE. If you value your possessions and your vehicle, don't move here!!!

This is the worst apartment complex ever. Been living here over a year and cant wait until my lease is up. It is full of rude and noisy neighbors. The staff is the worse part, they dont have any idea how to run a complex. They do very little to maintain a hospitable environment. If you are planning on living here learn to live with fire alarms going off at 3am due to people smoking or just being jerks. To sum it up: very noisy complex (it's quieter to live by the airport), bad customer service, and fire alarms. Oh and maintenance personnel entering your apartment when you aren't home for no apparent reason. Good luck living here if you choose to.

This place is the worst apartment complex you could ever imagine. The Staff is horrible and ignorant. DON’T BELIEVE A WORD THEY TELL YOU! Let’s talk first about FIRE ALARMS that go off every month at least once or twice at 3am. Love the sirens. DO NOT SETUP RECURRING BILLING SINCE JENNIFER THE ACCOUNTANT CANT ADD HER BILLS AND MIGHT FEEL LIKE CHARGING YOU A FEW HUNDRED DOLLORS MORE THAN YOUR NORMAL MONTHLY RATE. EXPECTED monthly trips to the leasing office for adjustments and complaints. It gets worse. The maintenance people are a joke. An example is went an entire week without Hot Water and the only thing they could say is “Sorry, we will try to get to you as soon as possible.”This is because everyone else is having the same problems. And expected at least $1000 more added to what you have paid as a security deposit. When we moved out they decided to charge us more than what was signed on the final inspection and have invoices for jobs that date back to last year. This place is a dirty scam. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Been here almost a month and so far I love it! My only qualms are the yappy dogs that won't stop barking from my neighboring balconies at times and the expensive rent. The leasing staff is incredibly helpful and have gone above and beyond my expectations as a resident.
