I'm not giving them any stars....DO NOT MOVE HERE! The Leasing office has a TERRIBLE communication problem between themselves and their Maintenance Department. It's just sloppy! It takes weeks and in some situations, I am seeing Months for issues to be resolved fixed and addressed. They seem to enjoy passing the blame as to why things have not been handled and they are good at making false promises. I am paying WAY too much for the services that we are being given or not given depending on how you look at it. It's a shame that I have to pay my rent on time regardless to the fact that they do not fix their raggedy apartments within a timely manner. There is trash all around the back of the apartment complex where we live and the stench is horrible! if I could break my lease without harm to my credit, I'd rather live in a Budget Inn!

Moved in to The Domaine in July of 2013 . . .BACK THEN . . . the management was good, they handled their stuff and It seemed nice. THEN - COMMUNITY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION INC. took over (yes that is their actual name -_-) Since them this place has been a crappy experience. Random fire alarms go off at all hours of the day with no real emergency (that seems safe) furthermore, the management team is as lazy as could be now, they roll in the office when the FEEL like it and the LEAVE when they FEEL like it, good luck trying to get a hold of them to handle at all. Not sure what the breakdown in communication is about, but its like everyone who works here is incapable of problems solving and basic common sense. I would recommend that NO ONE move here until Community Property Management Inc. gets their act together. The place is too pricey for the 1980s upgrades in the units. Loud dogs in nearly every unit that arent taken care of (who lets a HUGE dog in a tiny apartment with no yard?) Keep your money pick a different complex in Plano, there are a BUNCH

The most terrible apartmet I ever lived. The staff in office are not friendly at all after you moved in. Their process is messy and very slow and reponsible reponse can be offered to residents. Administration work in leasing office are chaos. The online payment is a joke--never worked out.
