By far the best apartment we have lived in here in the Denver area and we have lived in some great ones. Excellent price especially considering the location and quality of place. The management has been amazing and very helpful when issues have come up. The matinence guys take pride in what they do and do it right the first time. They have taken the time to stop and help me jump our car battery after it died. Our apartment was clean when we moved in and they take great care of it.

Probably the worst management staff I've dealt with. Loved the apartment and the view but that was about it. There was two female office workers besides the property manager who were friendly and did a good job. They were replaced about 6 months later by a few male employees who were alright at first but evidently became worn out/bored/who knows what as they became unfriendly with no smiles or effort to being concerned. Maintenance staff act as vigilantes, chasing down cars who go over the 10 MPH speed limit in their golf carts. We had a couple follow us to apartment and begin yelling at us in front of the building and our neighbors ( We were going 12MPH as we pulled in the front gates, which they considered "speeding"). The property manager seemed unaware of her own properties rules/policies when it was brought to her attention that other residents were bringing their small children (2-6 yrs old) into the workout room and allowing them to play on the equipment. The signs posted read no children under 16 yrs old allowed at any time, yet she said there was nothing she could do about it. What?! Any maintenance issues brought up, such as our broken toilet handle, took over 10 days to be fixed. Had a stranger walk into our apartment as evidently our apartment shared a key with a neighboring building. When I called the office they began questioning me "Are you sure it wasn't maintenance? Did you call in an order? Are you sure the door was even locked? Was it your roommate?" When they finally came to investigate I saw the guilty party get into their car and begin to drive away and watched as the office worker turn around and walk away. I then approached the car at which point the office worker came back and said he was intending to flag the car down as it passed. Right. There was a tanning bed, nice, but at some point the goggles were taken/lost and up until the time we moved out, were never replaced. Wow, can't afford to protect your tenants eyes I guess.

Horrible place to give your money to. Poorly maintained(ie: burnt out lights everywhere for months, pool out of order for weeks at a time, hot tube down for most of the summer, poor grounds maintenance with no consideration of people's property, rather then picking up trash they put notes on your door, units are not cleaned between tenants.) They also keep poor records, so if they can't keep track of your information, you can only imagine what happens with it. They will give you less the 12 hours notice they are coming into your unit. You pay hundreds more then surrounding complexes, why, I'm not sure. Cause they have a gate? When the gate isn't working they just leave it open which makes it pointless to have one. No notice to tenants, no added security patrols. Just last night 7 cars including my own were broke into during the hours the gate should have been closed, but was left open. I was told by an office personnel "if they want to break in they will" true but that's why I pay to live in a gated community. To narrow down who can get in. They had to have a car to get the stuff out of the complex. No sorry, or any show of sympathy. Plain and simple they don't care. Give your money to any other complex around(Windmill Creek, Centennial east, Courtney downs) if they are not willing to even care to try to do anything for the people that live here I hope this rant will keep you from considering paying their over priced rent for mediocre sad and poor service they provide.
