Nice community, the only problem is some guy who sits in his truck late at night for several hours. Its a gray truck parked facing the apartments in a dark area on the north side, LP# 88R108. Look between 10pm and midnight, he will likely be there. If you're not thrilled about some guy with lots of free time watching you and your family at night, this place might not be for you.

I was staying here for 2 years. I hate this apartment in all the ways. There are so many problems 1) Electricity bill is so high no matter what you used. During winter average I paid $450/month and summer $300/month 2) Whatever work order we raise it will be treated as common. no priority even it's emergency. Saturday & Sunday they don't have a maintenance person. 3) If we call leasing office and it's very hard to get the person in the line. Even if we get the person in the line and they wouldn't be helpful 4) While you move out you have to be ready to pay $1500-$2000 no matter what kind of unit you stayed and no matter how clean that unit. On top of that they will not return deposit amount. 5) For carpet alone you have to pay $1000. Whether you got new carpet or used carpet when you move-in it doesn't matter while you move-out they will say carpet to be replaced. The irritating part is we have to clean the carpet with truck mounted cleaner and we need submit the recipient. So totally we need pay $200 for cleaning the carpet and $800 for Carpet replacement. if we ask why we need to clean the carpet when it's going to be replaced but they use to tell that "it's a policy". I really don't know what policy behind it wasting money to clean the carpet when it's going to be replaced. 6) when you move-out please make sure each and every corner to be cleaned. Because they charged $150 for cleaning. When I check with them why they charged $150 first thing they will say you have to talk to property manager. That guy will be sitting some where and we need to talk through phone. That guy was telling back side of refrigerator we had dust. I really irritated who will be going to clean back side refrigerator. 7) This apartment lease breakage system is another big problem. If we want to break the lease we need to give 2 months notice and 2 months lease breakage. So any situation if we want to break we have to be ready to 4 months rent amount. There is sub-lease options here. Also there is no flexibility. They are very strict 8) If we forgot it to pay the rent on or before 5th then we have to solve this problem through Court. 9) When you move-in they offer very good price for rent but when you renew your lease next year then they will increase rent amount so high

I was a resident of Ellicott Grove over a year and I had to pay my Bills over 300$ per month during winter. More Over exit bills are horrifying. Not only that I dint get back my deposit but was charged with $1500 for reasons as silly as painting and carpet replacement for no good reason.

We've lived here over 7 months, the place seems a little overpriced but the amenities while sparse are worth a little extra. The apartment community itself seems above average when compared to others in the area. It's somewhat secluded and except for occasional upstairs bumps and thumps the complex is super quiet. The staff is awesome, both in the leasing office and the maintenance crew, I have never asked for anything that they were not right on top of.

I am a current resident of Ellicott Grove and I advice to get ready for very high electricity bill if you are planning to move in .. when I say High it is some where around 350 USD per month ...for a single bedroom apartment... don't be surprised if u get these bills when you move in..
