But get ready to get screwed when you move out!! I'm very clean. VERY. Upon move out they told me the carpet needed to be replaced at my expense because it was SATURATED WITH URINE. WTF!?!? Was this a joke!???? The cost of the carpet was $825. They didn't provide me with a copy of the carpet bill, just some numbers they came up with based on the carpet being replaced three years ago. Save yourself the hassle and stress of not moving in here.
