THEY MISLEAD YOU INTO SAYING CABLE AND INTERNET INCLUDED IN YOUR BILL BUT THE PROBLEM IS THE CABLE IS A ANALOG SIGNAL ONLY NO DIGITAL PICTURES SO IF YOU ASK WHY THEY TELL YOU TO CALL DIRECT TV AND NOW YOU HAVE A BILL IN YOUR NAME WHICH WAS WHY I PICKED THIS PLACE TO HAVE NO BILLS IN MY NAME! THEY ONLY HAVE SATELLITE SERVICE HERE AND THE PICTURE SUCKS!! I WANTED COX CABLE OR VERIZON FIOS BUT THEY HAVE NO SERVICE THERE FROM THOSE CABLE PROVIDERS!!! THE INTERNET IS NOT HIGH SPEED SO YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL AND GET HIGH SPEED INTERNET IN YOUR NAME CUT ON!! THE WINDOWS ARE SO THIN AND BLOCK OUT NO NOISE!! I CAN HEAR PEOPLE WALKING THRU THE GRASS AS THEY WALK THEIR DOGS!! I HEAR THE MAINTENANCE CART RUNNING BACK AND FORTH NOT TO MENTION CARS!!! AND THE DEAL BREAKER TO KEEP YOU AWAY IS THE JET NOISE FROM LANGLEY AFB!!! SOMETIMES THEY ARE SO LOUD MY PLACE VIBRATES AND I THINK THEY ARE ABOUT TO CRASH IN FRONT OF ME!!! AND USUALLY IN THE MORNING AROUND 8 OR 9 LIKE CLOCK WORK THEY START TO FLY!! I KNOW ITS THE SOUND OF FREEDOM BUT DONT BUILD SO CALLED LUXURY APARTMENTS UNDER A FLIGHT PATH!!! AND ON SATURDAY YOU CAN ENJOY THE NOISE FROM THE RACE CARS AT LANGLEY SPEEDWAY!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE BECAUSE THEY MISLEAD YOU AND THERE IS NOTHING TO CALL LUXURY ABOUT THESE PLACES!!! I CANT WAIT TO GET OUT!!

I lived at Falcon Creek for 3 years and loved it UNTIL I needed to move out because I needed more space. I lived in a one bedroom apartment, just me. I am a very neat and clean person and did not cause any damage to the apartment. Once I had moved I received a final bill that had nickeled and dimed me with charges that equated to over $700. There is an automatic cleaning fee charged that they don't tell you about. I was charged for a full paint including filling holes in every room and the outside front door of the apartment which was over $300. I have never lived in an apartment (and I have lived in 3 different apartments in the Hampton Roads area) that they charge you for routine maintenance that must be done to get the apartment ready for the next tenant (painting, filing holes). When I went and complain to the rental office they were incompetent and agreed that the charges were outrageous but that is how the property management company charges. Don't live here unless you still want to be paying what almost equals a months worth of rent once you leave.

The staff is not helpful at all. They simply don't care and they are kind of rude. I have asked them to have the dishwasher fixed 5 times. After coming and asking them every day they fixed it. However the dishwasher is still not working. Moreover, I can feel the smell of the burnt motor. I have been keeping asking to replace the dishwasher now. No success. The people at the front office just have no clue about their job. Every time I ask them, they give me a different answer. Sometimes they leave before they should do it. If you come shortly before closing they look angry and annoyed. If I was a manager I would fire everyone there. I do not recommend the apartment to anyone.

I've been living here for over a year and everything was okay until the AC unit went out. We noticed our electric bill went from the lower $100 up to the upper $400. So, we complained over 5 times in the past two months and they've procrastinated. It wasn't until we asked to speak to the property manager, when we found out what the problem was. My husband and I conveniently met with the head of the maintenance guys and the property manager at once. It was at that moment they told us the part needed was on order and could take days to get here. I have a 7month old who's miserable and I had to explain that to them. Yet, We are still without AC and awaiting repairs. They told me that all the portable ac units are out and that was that. I feel like that property manager could accommodate us better and show a little more consideration to this matter. I pay too much in rent for this crap and if it wasn't for the first year of living here, i wouldn't have given this place 3 stars. Overall, the location is great, the complex is nice, but don't let anything go wrong, it'll take forever to get it done.

This place sucks to no end and they have no problem screwing you over. Their is nothing luxurious about this place, the front office people lack professionalism, gated community is a joke the gated never works or always open, the dishwasher sucks, they have the nerve to raise your rent when your apartment is falling apart, people don't like picking up there dog shit. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one your better off renting somewhere else or renting a home you'll be paying just as much. All I can say is thank god my lease is almost up.
