Great place to live. I see kids and family live here. They have inside/outside swimming pool and working out place a lot more for kids to do. Good location to do shopping and event around these apartment. They have bus stop so if any can catch the bus. One problem is they need to dlfix the road in the apartment area because its really ha4d to drive

My experience at these apartments are awful. They have many "secret rules" that they hide to themselves. I am a 17 and a very intermediate basketball player. And because I am not 18 or this was a new one or because I have to be 18 year old and it doesn't matter if I have a guest that is 18; I was escorted and could not use the clubhouse. I've been going in there almost every day and the past couple of days I was escorted out of the clubhouse because I am not 18. This really pisses me off because I am 17 and it shouldn't matter how old you are. It should matter the reason you are in. It's not like I am horsing off in there, I just go in there to play basketball and practice. But there is mostly just 1 or a couple people that work there that insist I leave and escort me out because im not 18. That is why I think Fisher's Mill Apartments is a bad choice to reside.

Website indicates that they have multiple units available, but a call into the office reveals that they have a 6-12 month wait list. Website should be updated to reflect actual circumstances.

My husband and I just moved into these apartments in January. Our first place together, we had no rental history, and they accepted us..... and we absolutely love it here. Everyone is very nice. I love the fact that the rent is cheap, but I do wish W/S/G was included with the rent sometimes. Only thing that's ridiculous is the kids who ride their bikes down the middle of the road and or ride right out in front of your car, but I guess you can't be too picky when moving into an apartment.

These are pretty nice apartments. The grounds are well taken care of and the neighbors are quiet. The rent is a little steep...1200 for a three bedroom. But there is a gym, pool, and sauna.
