I have found the Apts to be very well maintained and the office personal is just the best! I have been here for a year now and can tell you ALL I have NEVER seen a cockroach or any other critter...the staff does indeed spray for them on a regular basis ...Of course it has happen that people move in WITH bugs but they can't live long here! Maintained very well & are amazing at getting any and everything taken care of ASAP.. Never going to move!!!!

I have lived here approximately 6 months and my air condition has broken down at least 10 times, there is an infestation of cats and roaches. I was placed next to people who sell drugs. I know this because they fight about it in the middle of the night all the time,outside in the breezeway. I decided to move here because the rent was affordable and it was close to my work, and I've learned that you get what you pay for. This place is a dump. I cannot wait until my lease is up.

I never had a problem with the office or anything along those lines. My truck was broken into twice and my motorcycle was stolen, so the area is not optimal. My roommate's car was broken into and the stereo stolen. My roommates complained of bugs but I have not seen any personally. I'm counting the days till I get to move out, finally.

I know this is an older property. However, the buildings are beautiful. My apartment is roomy. I really love this property. The management team are considerate and are on top of maintenance requests. They recognize with the age of the property, they need to stay on top repairs. The work out facility is always clean. The pools are always working.

Maintenance is terrible. Finally comes a month after a request is put in and does nothing. Corporate is no better. I tried to contact them and received an email stating that my message was unable to send.
