Definitely not impressed with this apartment complex. Does not even rate being called a community. Rehabed? not even close. Old single pane windows can't keep it warm in the winter of cool in the summer. Ghetto owners that think it is ok to charge for water, garbage and sewer bases on an average of usage, this means that if you work you pay more then your share because there is people using this all day long. The one advantage there was to living in an apartments versus a house is removed. There is about 8 cable jacks in this apartment but only one is working. Cable wires ran around the building to the jack. They did put in new flooring, but the appliances are very old and not in good shape. called to have the stove repaired, told them it needed a new switch because the burner was stuck on high. maintenance man shows up, puts a burner in and calls it good showing me that it works properly. been repairing appliances for a very long time and knew it would work again like before for a few minutes while cooking and then the switch would again fail when it got hot and be on high again. have not bothered to call back. They put notices on your door stating that they walked the property and saw you have a satellite dish even though you do not. Not only lieing about walking the property but lieing about you having a dish. I have never had satellite service and never will. All in all if i could give -1 star i would. Do not live here

I moved into these apartments in 2013 they are terrible at what they do I don't even want to give them any damn stars the kids could not play outside with their bikes skateboards are scooters outside it was always drug dealers outside gun shooting at night then I was pregnant at the time which kids are ready so I had to move out of there like ASAP that being said I would not recommend these apartments to nobody the manager is in your face and try to be your friend but everything that you tell her or talk to her about she will use that against you to get you put out of the property they are scandalous now maintenance is a big problem hey dude no dude match know how to fix anything are replacing the shit at all

Omg Im so frickin mad that I moved in these apartments my upstair neighbor complains about dumb things it was a lizzard in my bathroom like 40 baby flies everywhere pool nasty gate has no code just bad planning on moving oct 1 2011 only been here since aug 3 2011

Not impressed at all. aside from price there is not much else favorable. The property gives you a false sense of security by being fenced and gated. in order for gates to keep out any unwanted persons the gates all have to work and close. at any given time at least 2 of the pedestrian gates are propped open using the supplied landscape rocks. So far to date I have had 3 issues that required manager Brenda's attention to be resolved, of which only one has been resolved to date. issue one was my oven's electrical causing a fire that I had to extinguish and then fill out my own work order to have repaired, but was repaired. issue two is during our walk though prior to moving in we noticed that on top of the carport that our new balcony overlooks hold five soiled baby diapers and a shoe. Brenda assured us that it would be cleaned up as soon as possible. that was four months ago! Despite me reminding her on several occasions the diapers still live there for me to see everyday. what a sight every morning while trying to enjoy my morning coffee. the third issue involves a hole in the fence directly in front of our assigned parking space used by the neighborhood kids to enter and leave the complex. the hole and it use by the teens didn't bother until they started using the bumper of my vehicle to climb up the retaining wall to gain access to the fence. I brought the issue of this hole to Brenda's attention when one of the wall climbing teens broke the grill of my vehicle. it has been two months now and the hole still remains. So to make this story short and sum it all up. I would only move here if you need a place with cheap rent, no service, high utility bills due to leaking weather stripping, and right across the street from two ghetto liquor stores with plenty of drug dealers and would be muggers in plain sight at all times this is the place for you. And to top it all off they just had their 2nd murder of this year!
