My air is always out, it took them 3 Weeks to put in a new dishwasher, i called about my air and they have not came to fix it, There is no parking, its loud. You see the maintenance standing around drinking pop, instead of doing their job. I do not recommend this place for a growing family, especially when im pregnant and hardly ever have the air fixed. from the no space for parking its people that dont even live here and the parking lot floods.. oh check this while they were in the kitchen finally putting in the dishwasher they was cussing saying these f****** want something done do it them self im sick of being called and non stop cussing

My girl friend has been mugged. The apartments below me have had their doors kicked in, stuff stolen. The pool is closed on a regular bases for stupid stuff. I talked to the maintenance guy and he seems overwhelmed. We have cold water off and on, but it effects the entire building so they hear about it fairly quickly. I referred someone to live here and they moved in, supposedly I'd get the $100 off my rent after 3 months. I had to wait 4, they gave them crap about it, and there's a form I had to have filled out. I did write my check for the rent minus the $100. They need security REALLY bad. The manager needs to walk the grounds. I had my bike stolen, the lock was cut. About a week later I found some kid with it, he didn't take it. This place invites crime because of the lack of security. When they do apartment cleans, they set the stuff beside the dumpsters... Then the trailer trash who live here send their kids to take their own trash out, but they can't reach the dumpsters nor can they manage the endless piles of mattresses, so they leave house trash by the dumpster. So other people do the same. It's gross, it smells. The apartments down the street are $30 more, much nicer. Hey, we're getting new tennis courts...wish they would spend the $$

BAD PLACE!!! DON'T MOVE IN HERE!! Maintenance is a joke. My shower worked fine when I moved in but now it gets ice cold in the middle of a shower (usually after my head is full of shampoo). Reported it for repair 5 times. Still has issues. Head maintenance guy said he checked it and it works fine, basically calling me a liar. I tried getting management involved and all I get is empty promises and excuses. I checked Home Depot and a new faucet retails for $45. They've spent more than that on labor to do nothing so far. Also, I moved into a "newly remodeled unit", but the flooring in the kitchen had white spots from the laminate peeling. Brand new floor and they wouldn't fix it. Price is ok but not worth it. Look elsewhere.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Moved into my apartment mid February 2011. The dishwasher did not work the pipes spewed brown water for the first week. The heat didn't work at all then when the seasons changed the A/C has never worked. My apartment has been 90+ degrees for the whole month of June I have over 12 service tickets for the A/C alone since March. Only after I put in my 30 day notice to terminate my lease did the management start to engage. Even with that it has now been over 3 days since I was promised a new unit without any change. This is not an isolated problem but complex wide the company does not want to spend the money and several buildings have faulty A/C and appliances if any functioning ones at all. All this does not include the cockroaches, break-ins (consistent home invasions were someone is kicking in doors in the middle of the night) and random leaks. This has been an absolute nightmare..STAY AWAY!!!
