I wish I could give zero stars. Worst apartments EVER! This was my first time moving out. Our one year lease was finally up yesterday....THANK GOD...The mold in these apartments was relentless, the hardwood floors are rotted underneath (squishy when you walk on them). The security guards get in your face if you tell them you were not being loud. I had the black guy with the cowboy hat come to my apartment on mulitiple occasions, when there was no noise happening at all. When I finally told him to call the cops, the cops were confused and said he wasted their time. He harrassed us for months. There is a very small amount of lighting throughout the parking lot, making two 22 year old girls very uncomfortable when walking from our cars after work. The staff members in the office all say different things when you ask them. No one ever has the same answer, and to be honest I feel like they don;t give a shit about you. So now that we are moved out, they are trying to charge us for the full amount of carpet, when we paid our $500 deposit in the beginning along with our $300 pet deposit (for my 4 pound chiuhaua). I spent 8 hours cleaning and scrubbing and vacuming and dusting the crap out of the apartment, it looked even better than it did when we moved in and they are trying to charge us a prorated amount of $900 for carpet replacement....HA! That is the biggest joke I have ever heard. I will NEVER reccomend these apartments to anyone, matter of fact, I will tell people this story every time I hear the name of these apartments. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND MONEY. Oh and I just looked for my old review...looks like they had it removed somehow. Trying to hide their big fat flaws I guess. HA

This was a horrible mistake! The people that worked at the lease office were pretty friendly, and but when it comes down to looking out for military personnel they were very unhelpful. Deployment got extended, and the lease office wanted to charge my roommates and I around $2,000 for rent based on monthly bases, so we had to find someone to move our belongings out while deployed. Secondly, there was never parking available when I would get off of work. Third of all, there was no mold or dirt once I moved in because they probably wiped it up... about a month later it was all over the door and the windows. Later I discover that MY BEDROOM CLOSET had mold... growing in my shoes and on some of my clothing. It took a while for them to "fix" the mold issue in my closet, but it came back. They said the wood had rotted on the outside of the building... and they didn't not try to reimburse me for the damage on my belongs and did not try to make up for it. I called the corporate office several times and they never returned my calls and I could never get to anyone. My lease office told me they were contacted by the corporate instead to talk to me, but didn't do anything about our dissatisfaction. The location was very convenient and I didn't have issues with neighbors but they really could care less about the tenants. They are all about getting your money... there are way better apartments in other locations.

Its a great place if your a responsible rent payer who wants to get notices on your door every month saying you will be evicted if you don't pay the rent you already paid. THIS HAS HAPPENED 3 TIMES! I've only been here 4 months! I've been very reasonable, calm, and understanding, BUT ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I over paid one month and no one can do math or take the time to figure it out despite I've showed them I've over paid multiple times. I've changed the power bill into my name but keep getting calls from them saying I haven't. I bought a new car and was waiting for the new tabs in the mail, my cars tabs were current, but received a GREEN STICKER THAT WONT COME OFF saying they will tow my car. I called the office and they said everything was fine and they would make a notice of it, BUT IT WAS'NT! The guy who calls the tow company on cars stopped me and asked me about my tabs and said he was about to have my car towed because know one at that office told him what we had talked about with them DAYS AGO. Thankfully I did there job for them and saved myself from a huge headache that would have been they're fault. The dishwasher has constant issues, the sink leaks and sometimes doesn't turn off. There is an issue with the meter or something, because I never use the heat and am hardly home, Yet I received a power bill for $250. 5 of those days were apparently $65 worth of power. Finally the POWER COMPANY helped fix the issue. The only good thing about this place is there repair guy who is a sweetheart and when he says he will get something done, he does. Those ladies at the office have no freaking idea what there doing, and I hope they see this and do whatever they can to change. This is suppose to be a business, which I've done my whole career, but it is more like a circus. Get it together, Restructure, I don't know and I don't care. Fix the issues at your Office. What baffles me the most is all these terrible reviews saying the same things and nothing has changed. Which can only tell me no one cares about customer service once you've signed your lease. They trap you and than don't give a damn about your experience afterwards. So those are my thoughts. I hope for the future of your business, you make some drastic changes. Because If I receive one more false notice, I'm going above and beyond to make sure someone starts doing their job correctly.

My best friend and I signed a lease here back in October. We had no idea what we just signed up for. Terrible apartments. The mold issue is out of line. In the winter, the windows would DRIP water onto the window sills, causing puddles to form, then causing mold and mushy window seals. They did NOTHING about it. Told me to wipe it down with bleach and leave a towel there everyday to catch the water. WHAT THE HELL. NO! I do not pay almost $1200 a month to live in a shit hole like this. Maintenance requests don't happen for a week at least. Cupboards are all slanted, EVERYTHING is painted over and repainted, the attic space is painted over and completely sealed off (with paint), makes me wonder when the last time an inspection took place in this complex. The carpet seams to the kitchen, entry way and bathrooms are all coming up, I stepped on a rusty nail the other day..awesome. Our porch is literally drooping, you can see where the water collects. My shelves in my closet are all wilted and bent, but covered with paint so they don't look destroyed. Not to mention the soggy floor in the kitchen. These apartments are dumps. The parking lots are dark as hell, I have to run to my apartment because it is so dark and scary. HELLO WERE IN EVERETT, get some lighting outside, god. I am just so unsatisfied, I never thought my first time moving out would be so terrible. Along with everything else I had security called on me for smoking a cigarette on my porch with my roomate on a Saturday night, no music playing, no TV on, nothing, we were sitting on OUR porch, for seven minutes and security comes knocking and threatens me with eviction..he probably wasn't even a real security guard..smh..Please do something, whoever is in charge of Fultons Crossing, make a change, please, I will NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone. Ever.

If I could have chosen zero stars I would have. I lived here three years prior to Greystar taking over the complex and one year since. Before, this place was amazing, but since Greystar has come in to manage, the overall quality of this place has really gone down. The office staff doesn't know much about what is happening, they never return phone calls or messages, they can't even spell check notices put on doors (received one today that said "tenet's" instead of tenant's), they got rid of being able to rent the cabana, they got rid of community events. Recently we have had burglaries and problems with people being broken into to the point that the Everett Police came to help start a "neighborhood watch". They are not friendly towards pets, there is poop everywhere, and although some people pick it up there are more that don't, even with suggestions of more garbage cans, they ignored it. Those who don't have pets are unfriendly to those that do because of the poop, but can't blame them. Pool was closed and still is but you still find people sitting in the hot tub and pool. Outside lights are out most of the time, parking is horrible, trash around the bins is horrible and you can usually find people's mattresses and furniture sitting waiting to be picked up. In the past we had problems with people (not tenants) going through the trash, and when security was called they never responded. Lastly, the rent is high for what is offered and continues to increase each year exponentially over the cost of living, mostly due to their "improvements" of the buildings (they repainted last summer).
