DO NOT LIVE HERE! These apartments are horrible. Since day one of living here I have not had a working dishwasher. Though I have called many times they have done nothing about it. There are roaches everywhere, and the hot water never works well. That is if the hot water is even on, as they turn it off without warning quite frequently. They are quick to fine you for the smallest offence, such as messed up blinds, but will not take the time to fix their own units. They literally PAINTED over the bathtub, which of course is now flaking away. There is a giant hole in the bathroom where I assume the water heater is. I've pointed out multiple problems with the office multiple times, and they do nothing. Seriously ready for our lease to be up so that I can move. Its getting to the point now where I am considering breaking my lease and getting an attorney.

i hate i moved here .. barely two months an house was broke into while i was at work. maintenance was in my house the same day but nobody seen anything. office said they was gonna look at cameras an call me still havnt heard a word. also the unit is bullshit. old ass carpet . painted over mold an leaks. broken fixtures around the whole apartment. im trying to get the hell out now . i already got towed once my first week here . car alarms go off all night. i wouldnt move here unless you bout that life.... ps no hot water most of the day an night.

Wouldnt recommend this aptmnts. The 1st month i lived here with my 3 kids and wife we had rats and the apt had a big hole under the kitchen sink where they were coming out, i went to tell them many times and they really didnt do anything about it, i had to kill them myself and now that my contract is about to expire in the hallway theres a leak in the cealing and they told they were going to fix it 2 weeks ago and still nothing...im just waiting for my contract to expire so i can take my family to a better place than here...ooh by the way they wont do nothing about their nasty apts. But sure do want to give a fine about everything

If i can put ( -star ) I would bought a car on Saturday night couldn't put parking permit on it and couldn't park it outside because it's all jammed I woke up next day and my car was towed away from all other cars and trucks that doesn't has parking permit and management so rude didn't care about that . Had to pay 234$ then this place is like fountain on roaches I swear no matter what they spray and what I spray they go for day or two and back same disgusting issue again . When they painted the apartment they didn't clean anything just spray over the dirt and roaches had to clean all that at my own because again lazy managers don't want to do anything . Parking issues you are out of luck if you work later than 3pm no parking spot near your place what so ever you park all the way at the end of the complex and walk to your place praying you won't get robbed . Can't sleep on the weekend because neighbors so annoying don't care if you work on the weekends and told management and didn't do anything about it till I had to get into it with those noisy neighbors . If you see this go look and pay little more and live happy don't get stuck with this crappy place . Can't wait to move out

I have been here for 3 week and im looking for a better place they are infested with roaches and ant's and as if that were not enough There are mice in my apt... The 2nd week I was here my truck was stolen and i was left with no tires..... The Manager dont even walk the Property they could careless.... Theres people out side smoking pot all the time ... I dont feel safe and i dont recommend this place to my worst enemy ....
