They showed us the apartment and told my 4 year old welcome home and she was so happy .we went head and start getting ready to move cause they lead us to believe the apartment was ours ,now me and my 4 year old and I have no where to go they really messed us up. They are vary misleading now we have to sleep in the car if I was as you don't fall for there bull poo!!!

My husband and I saw the space, the lay out and the price and fell head over heals. They showed us the apartment and the neighborhood was lackluster but that explained the price. We still loved it. Then we moved in. We've been there three months and the a/c has stopped working twice already. The sink leaks and no one's come to fix it in two months. They spray painted the vents upstairs shut and the ones downstairs open. They put paint...paint over a hole on the inside of the toilet (which needless to say is coming off). They changed their address so it took a month to get mail, tv and internet. The exterminator comes once a month but the kitchen still belongs to the roaches after 10pm. The stairs creak, I think the shower is going to fall through the floor and the hot water smells funny. We still love the layout and want to love the complex but between beingignored and lied to we have to say "no more". When our lease is up we're out of here. DO NOT LEASE HERE! I got a job in the area and needed to find an apartment fast... got everything going with this place over phone/email, then when I moved in I was very disapointed, and now I'm stuck here for 1 yr.
