The apartments are a very nice size which is great! The management is nice (when you first move in and if you don't have any problems). They DO NOT enforce parking rules. I rented a carport for $25/month and the POSTED SIGN says all cars will be towed BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENS and the management will try to compensate you for that ONE day but to me they violated the agreement posted to tow and need to refund the full month. I had to call and email the corporate office to get attention. Also, the dumpster is almost always FULL and often overflows (a few times they brought in a commercial trailer which was filled to top and unsanitary) but they never give you credit (cause you pay for that too). There are people in the pool in summer time that do not live on the property - since the gates do not work, the neighboring kids use the pool....AND people walk thru he property (short-cut) that do not live here which contributes to additional crime and activity. There is loitering on balconies and walk-way's. Furniture in walk-ways.... If you are thinking you're getting an upscale community - JUST KNOW THAT THEY ACCEPT SECTION 8 VOUCHERS!!!!!!! I live on the 3rd (top) floor and I can hear CLEARLY what is said next door, outside and BELOW my apartment - the construction is cheap but it looks good...... Everything that glitters is NOT gold!! Domino's does not deliver here cause it is considered a HIGH CRIME area...... I contacted local news and hope they contact me to investigate. The current maintenance team is very good but because there is ONLY 2 for this HUGE property - it may take hem a day or 2 of it is not urgent. This location need a management team that cares about the tenants, reputation of property in community and not just all about $$$$$...

Its a high traffic area. The apartments are mostly new but people don't pick up after there kids when they drop trash on the ground. And the gates don't work so its not a closed inviorment . People walk in and out of there from anywhere. Basically you don't get what you pay for. Its not the worst or even close but to compare to the nicest Apartments. Not even close.

These apartments are horrible. They are beautiful on the inside and look nice on the outside,but the people are ghetto. I pay $900 a month for a two bedroom and it is not worth it because they take section 8. People are always jumping the fence from the apartments next door and they use your cars as a steeping stool. The people in the office are not helpful at all and we have ants really bad. They are either i n the tub,sink, and sometimes you just see them crawling around on the floor. I have had them in my bed and have been bitten multiple times in my sleep. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone and I can't wait to move. I'm thinking about breaking my lease because they are that bad.

Living at Canterbury house has been horrible! I dont wish it on anyone. It cost way to much. I can hear every single thing my neighbors do. The crazy lady next door has the cops yelling at her at least once a week. There is trash everywhere. The inside of the apartment would be nice if it werent for the fact that everything is cheaply built. Under my bathroom floor you can feel rocks. My balcony has nails hanging evreywhere. The women in the office are ALL rude and unhelpful. Every single time I talk to the manager she is rude or insist that I am a liar. It is scary getting out of the car because thugs are hanging out everywhere. Cars get broken in to ALL the time. They charge you a FEE to pay for part of there water and electricty. You can only have the cable they say you can have so first it was a dish now it is uverse. The gates have never worked and when they do work either your gate card wont work or you get locked in the comlex and cant gte out. The pool is so small and full of a million unsupervised kids. They do offer a tanning bed if you want to get burnt on only one side and you have to go into the work out room to get to the closet the tanning bed is in. The cops are always knocking on your door for one reason or another to ask what you heard or saw. This place is horrible.Oh yeah, the little kids pull the fire alarm and the loud thing goes off for at least an hour before they turn it off. Also, people will steal your packages if left by mail man.

people who pass by these apartments everyday think they are gorgeous and are really nice. and i was of those people myself. when i went to canterbury to view the property and apartment i loved it. the set up was nice and it was practically brand new. i decided to get the three bedroom apartment downstairs. once i moved into my apartment i found out that when the people upstairs flushed their toilet i could hear the water draining. when they took a shower i heard the water running and its very loud. I pay 1299.00 dollars a month. I was stunned to find out that this apartment complex accepts section 8 vochures!!!!!!!! I do not have a problem at all with section 8 but i do not think its fair!!!! then on top of that i pay for water sewage and garbage. the dumpster is about a 5 min walk from my front door and there is only one dumpster for the apartment complex. there are always people hanging out in the breeze way, always. the person that lives above me plays music loud all day and night and management does nothing about that. they told me to call the cops. my next door neighbor plays music so loud that i can hear it word for word in my bedroom. the pool goes to 5 ft deep and its always so many children in the pool that i can never go. This complex is located next to a very unsafe complex and we are seperated from that complex with a wooden fence that is about 10 ft. high. However, on many occasions i have witnessed people jump over the fence onto cars to gain entry to the complex. Also, the gates never work!!!! the only part of the gate that actually works is the side for us to exit the complex. this apartment complex is a rip off and i am anxious to see what kind of shape this apartment complex will be in, 5 years from now....
