This is freaking ridiculous Apartments...these people never give your deposit back. Instead they collect extra money from you when you vacate the apartments. People in the leasing office are very rude. This review is written on the name of the lady in the leasing office, she is very rude. There are lot of apartments near by charge lesser rent. Please don't choose this apartments. They say this apartment is safer but its not safe. People park their cars in allotted parking lots, dogs shit everywhere, smells like shitttt always. When we put a work order it takes a while.

Very nice, Very clean, friendly office personnel

I have NEVER felt as "at home" as I do here at Granite Point. My place is awesome, the grounds are beautiful and the office and maintenance staffs have been more than accommodating. They handle all communications and requests professionally and appropriately! I plan to stay here a GOOD LONG while!

I spent the night, here baby sitting my granddaughter. When I got ready to leave my car was gone. One of the neighbors reported I didn't look "HANDICAPPED". I'm a 60 year old retired police dispatcher. How am I supposed to look? And the police towing on a rumor or hear say? In a court of law, hear say doesn't fly. And whoever referred to me as not appearing "HANDICAPPED", has a real bad personal problem.

Great place.... I have lived here over 7 years and have enjoyed it. Great staff including maintenance!!!
