I filled in three stars because it wasn't the worst place to live. However, with that being said it wasn't the best either. I believe you are paying way too much rent for the quality of the apartments and must be paying for location. I lived there a year and wish I had chosen somewhere else to live. The ladies in the leasing office were the nicest folks to deal with, but even they only had but so much control over things. The walls are paper thin. I am not sure when they were built, but you could hear every creak from above and even your own steps creaked as you walked. Being near good schools, there were lots of children. So if you don't mind loud neighbors and creaking apartments, this might work for you. However, again the rent price is too high for what you are getting. Other places have a "gym" and pool and charge $200-$400 less depending on where you look. I worked in a nearby school so it was convenient for me, but costly. Now I am living in a sister property of theirs and see it must be the management. The property here in Richmond is also way over priced. We will look for somewhere else when our lease is up, unless we can afford to break the lease. Happy Apartment Hunting!

The Greens at Hollymead is a wonderful place to live if you enjoy outdoor scenery. There are plenty of beautiful trees, blossoms, squirrels, and birds. It is a quiet place to live where neighbors respect each other and the on-site management team respect their residents. The open floor plans create a spacious environment.
