My apartment at this complex was really nice. Due to circumstances totally beyond my control, I could not continue to pay my rent. My social security disability did not get approved during my tenancy. Michael Thomas, the property manager at the time, offered 2 options, move voluntarily or be evicted. He also told me that once I got my finances restored, I could move back in. Never at anytime did I take that to mean I would be charged for the remainder of my lease. And I was never contacted by anyone concerning this matter. No response to my inquires when I made attempts to reach them AFTER it appeared on my credit report! At the present time, I still have not been able to reach anyone in their corporate office, since the new management do not seem to know who owns the apartments.
