The place is not a good place to live. The front office staff are extremely unprofessional, they hardly answer the phone and let it go straight to voice-mail. The place is full of mold including the AC vent. You pay for water which is not so bad but then you pay a $50.00 sewage fee.On the week-ends the garbage bins are so full to the point where it is overflowing. They do not clean the hallways EVER or the laundry room EVER. I took my kids to the pool one day and there were wipes and other stuff in the room for at least two days. The place is expensive and you will find the most unprofessional staff in the world with the exception of the maintenance staff. The front office staff live there by the way. The apartments are old and you can tell by looking at the cabinets and the bath tub (at least in my apartment it is rusting) when you go look at a place they show you a newly renovated model room ( the joke is on you if you think your place will look like that) When we moved in I was told the cabinets were new, when we open them it turn out that it was the same used one and they put some kind of paper over HA. So they just cover the mess. If I did not mention this before, the front office staff needs some proper training on customer service.I was told the rooms are cable ready. I paid Comcast close to $100.00 for re-wiring. When I told them they say well some of the rooms are cable ready. Roaches are aplenty and I had to pay an outside person to come and spray for me because the guy that comes to spray is a joke. The rooms are big but the kitchen is so small that only one person can stay in the kitchen and you have to careful not to get burn because the stove is right next to the sink. Bottom line is the location, if your'e the type or person who likes to shop at Publix. My rent is done in seven to eight months in the meantime I pay my rent and water and sewage but I'm already looking for another place to go.

do not rent from here. I just moved in 6 days ago and I want to move out. there are roaches galore here. At least in my unit. they live in the kitchen. you cant cook in here they crawl out of every corner. I have to pay for an outside extermination company to come out next week to help me so that I can at least be comfortable for the next 10 months I will spend here. when my lease is up I am running from here. they need to remodel all of the outdated apartments to get rid of the roaches. the apartments are a great size but the bug issue is out of control. The area is great. If the roaches go I might be ok. until then don't rent from here.

No stars! The only reason there is a one is because it won't take the review without choosing at least one star. I went to Greentree to look at renting an apartment last Friday after hearing that it was more affordable than the upscale Via Lugano in Boynton. Now I know why!!! This place is run down, crawling with bugs, the office staff are too busy with their irreverent behavior and half assed professionalism to be concerned about making this a better place to live. They had foul mouths and the one looked like they rolled off a bar stool and into their chair when I arrived smelling of cigarettes and liquor. Northland has definitely dropped the ball here. It was worth spending a few extra dollars a month to lease at Serramar.

I've been here for six months now and I like it so far. I like it being within walking distance to two main groceries (1/2 block). I feel pretty comfortable with the police station down the street. They seem to cruise the place a lot. I like my neighbors who are very friendly to me. I don't think this is the greatest place on the earth, but the rent is reasonable for what is around. I had some maintenance problems but they handled it right away. The management all know me by name which is odd to find now days. I would recomend this place to my friends, if they were looking for a place. There seems to be a good mixture of young and older people who live here. I was talking with a neighbor who has lived here 10 years. I said why don't you get a house and she said that its alot cheaper to rent than owning a house. I don't know if I believe that.If it turns out to be a good place at the end of my lease I might renew my lease if the price don't go up.
