My best advice would be NOT to rent here! Here's what I know based on my experiences here so far. Pros: 1. Pretty looking apartments 2. Nice pool 3. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. Cons: 1. This place has the thinnest walls of any apartment I've ever been in! Do you like to listen to your neighbors snore? How about hearing their cell phones vibrate? Would you like all your neighbors to hear every word of every conversation you have, even though you are speaking at a normal volume? If so, this is the place for you. And heaven forbid you end up with neighbors who are sports fans, play the tv loudly, or have kids. Between that and hearing your neighbors drive by blasting music in their cars, you will never sleep or be able to relax. 2. The water pressure is horrible. The hot water is even worse. It takes forever for the hot water to reach any faucet you are using. And don't plan on washing your clothes in warm water. It's cold or hot only because the warm setting just gives you cold water. 3. The apartment complex estimates your water bill, and it's a rip-off. I pay more for water/sewer (and the fees they add) in this small apartment than I did when I used to share a house with 2 other people. 4. The dishwasher doesn't really clean the dishes. This may be due to the bad water pressure, but I'm not sure. 5. The apartments "come with" cable. This means that you are required to pay $50 per month directly to the complex for standard cable. This is $5 more per month than Time Warner Cable normally charges. And don't listen to the people who work in the office if they tell you that you'll a good deal on upgrading your service just for living at Greystone. That is untrue. I did a price comparison. Not only would I be charged slightly more by placing my order through the TWC rep/installer they recommended, but I also have to pay more for the same service as other people who don't live in the complex. My guess is that this is the case because of whatever deal Greystone has with the cable company, or whatever price they choose to charge us for the standard cable.

Pet Owners Beware!!! Occupied the apartment briefly due to personal reasons. When I had to terminate my lease prematurely I met my financial obligation and then I was later charged for capet replacement. I only occupied my apartment for two weeks and my dog has NEVER urinated on carpet anywhere at any time. It cost me an additional five hundred dollars... SCAM!!!!
