JESSICA is a Racists, rude, unprofessional, and abusive little woman! Very coward by the way! Hung up on me and hide when I tried to talk to her after my family and I were given 3 days to vacate because of late payment??? Office was closed before holiday and they refused to accept payment the next bussines day. Apartments look good but management is horrible!!!! Do not move in here unless you want to be treated like trash...

Honestly at first site these apartments are gorgeous. But it is just a cover up for the ugly management here. I live here for 7 months and half the time my electricity was out or my water was out due to them. As an apology all they did was waive my water bill for 3 months which saved me a total of $5. That's it. The whole time I lived here my apartment was covered in roaches, centipedes and fleas. Even though in my rent I was paying for pest control there were so many bugs I had to move out of the apartment and pay for an exterminator myself. After having to fight management to fix all the problems with my apartment I decided to break my lease and when I took my contract to the office to discuss it with them they called the cops on me and said that I was an aggressive trespasser even though I was under contract for the next 60 days? All of my neighbors moved out due to the management and honestly I don't blame them. If you are looking at these apartments and seriously thinking about them then you should really read your contract! They charge for every little thing ! I paid for a personal parking spot every month and arriving home from work there was always somebody in my spot and management failed to do anything about it. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere in the clear lake community for apartments. The place is trashy and has cigarette butts lying all over the place and none of the porch lights work. It's hazardous for your safety and for the children! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES !

This is the WORST apartment complex you could imagine. They show you the nice renovated model right by the office so you don't see the complex , which gets you excited about moving in, then once you move in you get the full picture. I moved in February & they've had numerous management changes because they can't control the complex. The pool is disgusting, it's no wonder they're snakes everywhere. There's roaches in everyone's apartment who I've talked to living here, including my own. The garbage is constantly over flowing, it's no wonder they're finding families of raccoons in the vents & I can't walk my dog at night for fear we'll both be attacked. They're are people constantly in the parking lot hanging out, sleeping, & drinking at all times of the night. We had security temporarily but I guess with the complex being full of people they just can't afford it -_- There are centipedes & recently I've found FAMILIES of brown recluse in my bathroom. I can't wait to be out of here in a month. I'll never recommend these apartments.

No working pool? Luckily I'm moving out in August 2015! This place has horrible management, with nasty conniving attitudes. the only way they get people to move in here is the way they act when they first see you after the first couple of days of moving in and signing your lease or maybe even hours after signing your lease you are stuck! And they let it be known! They've been known to laugh at plenty of tenants just because they are already in a lease and they say there is nothing you can legally do about it! They live making fun of you and the fact that you are stuck in the lease! It's quite horrible! Jessica (the manager) is a rude cocky woman who thinks she can overpower you by her annoying voice! They don't do what they say they are going to and they always try to convince you that you are wrong! Ummm who's wrong if we have been through 3 managers in one year! And assistant managers I can't even count! Do not move here! It's not safe, they are a hassle to deal with! They say they are dealing with issues but it's all a lie!!!
