I actually like Harris Branch, It's what you make out of it. I've lived there for about 5 years now and I haven't had any "horrible" experiences nor have I ever felt disrespected by the staff. I don't ever write comments or reviews but I really felt the need to after reading some of these comments. Trash is picked up around the apartments every morning. And every time I come home from school I'm always happy to see children playing outside and getting some excercise rather than being indoors watching TV or being on their phones. I've done some traveling throughout the years I have been out the country many times and I'm always happy to be back home at Harris Branch with my family. I went to Thailand a few weeks ago and everything about It was great but I knew I had to go back home but I really didn't mind because what I love most about my home is who I share it whith. Please keep in mind that this is MY opinion. If you would like to see some pictures of my trips or even my home Follow me on Instagram @jazminlovescara

This place is the worst place to live at. Never move here if you have the free will of choice. I stayed here for a visit with my mom. Parked at visitors parking lot and came back to a shattered window and my radio, cup holder and wallet was stolen. And the worst part is that there were 4 to 5, or even more, cars that had their vehicles windows shattered and things stolen from there. The people in charge of this place usually have a security guard working at night but conveniently enough for the thieves he or she wasn't working that night. I hate this place with a passion they over charge for you to question your safety and put you in a criminal neighborhood. Don't move here if you have any sense in thought or anyone wanting to be safe.

this is one of the most horrible places I've ever live at. Please don't be fooled by the comments. Management has a horrible book keeping problem. Hope loose money orders for rent or when you pay online and they still loose the rent. It's so much I can say but. I can't wait until my lease is up. Safe my ass their is kids fighting on the weekends and shit. security suppose to be walking around however his ass don't even come inside the gates.

Ok so I am not one to complain much, but I NEED to warn people about this apartment complex. It is absolutely a HORRIBLE place to live. Rude people, children (I mean 4 year olds and under) running around UNSUPERVISED!! In my time living at this place, I have almost seen 8 kids get ran over because you cant see them behind you. And the older kids are rude, disrespectful and they cuss, scream and yell at adults. I know you cant always control what your kids do, but at least pay attention to the way that they act towards other people. Drug use is huge in this apartment, I found countless needles in the grass (yes, where the children are playing) and the smell of weed is a constant, I also always saw people smoking weed, I know that if I had kids, I would be flipping out. My car was broken into countless times, hit, keyed. And when I told the management, they had no sympathy that my car was broken into and that I felt violated, seeing as how they stole all of my belongings in my car. When I was talking to the manager, he was rude and disrespectful and would not listen to me until I raised my voice and was yelling at him. I was called names walking to and from my car, I even have been surrounded by a group of men, talk about scary, if I didn't have my Taser with me I don't know what would've happened. Now to the inside, mice, roaches and a HUGE hole in my ceiling that in my year of living there was never fixed no matter how many times I complained. Now, when I told them about the mice, they said that they were sure that it was something different, yes, I may be a young woman, but I am not Stupid. I know what I saw daily, needless to say, I had to take care of the problem myself, along with the roach problem. Oh and the toilet, the flusher constantly had to be pulled up on (they called it a trick toilet) are you kidding me!!! I went to my kitchen sink to do my dinner dishes one night, and I turned the water on and it was brown/black. now the next day the water was turned of due to "sewage issues" DISCUSTING! It is a cheep place to live, but with the damages done to your car and your belongings, cough out an extra $50 and find a halfway decent apartment, I promise you, it will be worth the money and will actually save you money, time and stress. This place is hands down the worst apartment I have been to. I am honestly thanking God that my lease is up.

I have lived here for 3 months and I love my space. If something needs to be fixed maintenance comes over and fixes it within two to three days. Office personnel is very approachable most times. The only true complaint I have is that the tenants above me are EXTREMELY LOUD all of the time and I can't seem to get assistance in solving this situation. This has made my living experience here the worst of anywhere I have lived. I am MISERABLE.
