APARTMENT WITH DUCT TAPE. THE maintenance team cannot fix it so the best solution is to put duct tapes and apartment authorities have no idea on the timelines when it will be fixed. They don't even care to inform the resident about the temporary solution and when permanent solution will be there. That's the worst APARTMENT authorities staff I have ever experienced, they are super Rude.

I love the 2 bd floor plan at the overlook. Great safety features.

Been living here over a year. It has been a good experience until we experienced problems. The lease is a chapter book long with rules. Which the complex doesn't really bother to follow. It states things in the lease that were violated by other tenets which caused problems with us and the complex gave everything different answers and all refused to do anything, even though it was in the lease. The maintenance men also seem to lack in getting snow cleaned up. They wait until the day AFTER the snow is done and its sunny to even begin salting or shoveling snow. And even then they do one pass in front and don't bother getting the snow from your door step. And don't be surprised if they turn on a leaf blower for the snow at 4:30Am. The construction of the building is also iffy. The upstairs bedroom floor is loose and the floor board sticks up. Along with bubbles in the linoleum in the bathroom. Which they 'fixed' by pushing the bubble to the corner. In the bedroom where the drywall meets in the middle is starting to come down too. There are a couple buildings in the complex that have siding missing still after 6 months and they rarely replace burned out lights near the garages. Overall the place is decent if you want a safe neighborhood and never come in contact with neighbors or care about iffy construction.

My mom moved in here. I think they do a great job. Everything that she has had a problem with was fixed straight away. A fair price for the area and a friendly, attentive staff makes this a nice place.

I just looked at a townhome and large apartment here. The townhomes are perfectly average (spacious, cheap fixtures, fine floorplan, not enough storage), and the new 2 bedroom apartments are very nice. My complaint is, however, about the salesperson, who was condescending and rude. He started off by asking if I ever let my partner (who had a bad migraine and was thus rather taciturn) even talk, and it went on from there. Sorry, but I would not be keen to rent from a place with a staff like that.
