Trying to sublease my 2 bedroom apartment in Cuyahoga falls in a decent location. The rent is $700 which includes gas and water. The heat runs on gas and so the only thing you would pay is electric which ranges from as low as $25 in winter to $75 in summer. The apartment is great and safe and the lease is till February 2014.
