The facility is managed by courteous and friendly staff, the property is maintained by hard working support staff, the facility has a well equipped gym, a swimming pool and other amenities and is conveniently located to everything. It is a family and pet friendly with good beighbors. The security is impeccable."

I have lived at the Hillcreste Apartments in Los Angeles for over 20 years. I love living here! The grounds are always clean and spotless. Whenever there is a minor repair the service staff takes care of things immediately. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and the property manager, Norma, couldn't be more efficient and caring. The property is a very dog friendly place, and it feels like a community rather than a big apartment complex. I highly recommend living at the Hillcreste Apartments in Los Angeles!

Recently moved to the Hillcreste and really enjoy it. My apartment was clean during move in and the few minor problems were all fixed within 24 hours. The grounds are great - always have people working on them and keeping the place looking really impressive. I really appreciate that the place is run by professionals - all the terms and agreements are written out in advance. Reading other reviews I get that sometimes moving is frustrating and expensive but complaining about fees that are told to you in advance doesn't really make sense to me. As for Norma, Allison, and Brandi in the office they have been nothing but professional and fun to work with. Responsive to requests and really accommodating. I think that most people don't really think to yelp about the place they live - unless of course they feel super strongly about it. So far the Hillcreste has been nothing than a great place to live for us.

I was a tenant here . 1)Very noisy right on Pico. Fire station nearby, police, ambulance always rumbling down street. A recently posted sign says sewer construction begins soon for 1 year right in front 2)they kept a dossier of all my activities. I lived on the third floor. Norma the manager dropped a camera from the roof to my both patios and took pictures. Maybe they also took pictures inside my unit where children were. Many of the employees also live on the premises, so they also report on you. 3)The utility company bills the entire building. Hillcreste supposed to divide the cost evenly among all tenants equitably and the landlord. One month the rates doubled and stayed doubled. Classic case of the fox watching the hen house. They just decide to charge the tenants more and the landlord less. Kevin the area manager devised this scheme. 4)The clubhouse sparkles because that is where prospective tenants arrive. Rarely see ay cleaning of the apartments themselves where the tenants live. 5) Classic case of the pig wearing lipstick on Pico. Overated for the price!

Have stayed here for three months and been very happy. Quiet, centrally located. Convenient services - gym, parking, package, guest parking. Nice pool area. Friendly staff. No complaints
