Absolutely horrific. started off nice when we were checking out the apartments, but shortly after moving in, and up until now, we have had to call maintenance at least once a week to get our apt sprayed for roaches. At one point, the bugs were growing and resistant to the bug poison. It's pointless on how clean you keep your place. I bleached everything but the carpet. I will not be renewing my lease here. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Plus there is dog shit everywhere.

My experience with Hillstone Creek Apartments was a wonderful experience. They have a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. The maintenance persons are trustworthy, friendly and attentive to detail while doing their job. Debbie, the asst. mgr. always had a smile and always ready to assist me in any concerns I may have had. She shows true passion for her job and one can see she is dedicated to the safety and well-being of the residents. Amber, the leasing agent, always friendly, sweet and attentive to my concerns. Sonia, the mgr. is professional and friendly. These persons named are the reason I chose to make Hillstone Creek Apts. my home. I have moved into a house but I will always recommend Hillstone Creek Apts. to anyone and everyone. Submitted by: Patricia Patrick apt. 128

At first i felt i could adapt to how small my 1bedroom apartment was but after everything that has happened it is by far the worst apartment i have ever lived in. It took forever to get new appliances but the stove top fan they say is just silent, doesnt fullfill its purpose & the dish washer sucks. The access gate either gets stuck all the time or causes traffic because it takes forever to dial if you dont have your access card. I had a guest of mine try the pool and they ended up getting stuck in there for an hour because the lock was broken, the key wouldnt work, none of the tenants that walked by could open it either, the other gate was chained so she had to wait for someone in the office to let her in through the hallway by the gym. Not even the sliding glass door in the gym could open. The WORST part of living here was that it is INFESTED with ROACHES! After constant complaining, after their exuses & procrastination, the exterminater came out a couple times. Roaches never left. They even tried playing me for a fool telling me they came to my apartment more than they really did. Instead of them being eager to solve this problem by asking me " Are they gone yet?" like they should, they would just wait for me to schedule the appointment myself when it is supposed to be their responsibility to schedule it & tell me when to be ready. I couldnt even bring my newborn niece over to babysit. Couldnt have any guest over cause it was so embarressing. I am a very sanitary person so I know the roaches did not come from my end. So either the tenants are discustingly comfortable living with roaches or the apartment people dont bother checking all the other apartments in the building to solve the problem. the roaches would show night & day, all over the walls, ceiling, floors, etc. I would find dead roaches in my fridge, they would be crawling in my microwave & all over my dishes & appliances. I couldnt even cook or sit down to eat without them trying to come to my food. Couldnt even leave a spatula out while i went to the restroom. Its a very unhealthy & unhappy place to live. Lastly if you dont use your deadbolt, forget it! If your in the restroom or not home, they knock twice & let themselves right in!! Mine had to be replaced just so I can keep them out! They dont respect that its someones home & not some cell block. Worst place ever!! The affordable price isn't worth it.

Since I lived here they were nice in the beggining. They always say they don't have an apt to look at so they show u a model one that has a nicer fridge and dishwasher and cabinets. Then when you get your apt ..its total crap. Old stuff!!! Then about 3months in everything starts going wrong. My dishwasher never worked, the ceiling in my RR had to b fixed twice a repeat job. And sooooo much more. Yesterday the power went out for no reason. And the very next day I had no hott water. They always make excuses to take a week to fix stuff. Do not waste your money. Please.
