what a joke to who ever rents one of these!!! my friend lived there for a year - and after he moved- he was sent a bill for over 1700.00 for replacement of just about everything under the sun. i cleaned it myself and took pictures as well- i will admit- that he is a smoker, and rented a smoking unit, but i cleaned absolutely EVERYTHING in that place after he moved out- and bridgette sent a bill saying they were replacing and charging him for ---even the stove!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! which was clean and barely used by us. the bedroom walls did need to be painted after he moved out--- but BLEACHED!!!! and KILZ twice on the walls--- what a joke you are bridgette. needless to say we will be going to court on this one- the gal that did the final walk through with me, commented on how clean the place was----and here's even more-- it just so happens that bridgette's sister happened to hire a flooring company, the owner of which, i just happen to know personally!!!!! not only did the sister have a whole house refloored, and then to refuse to pay the bill, as she didn't "like" the color of the stain for the steps, the color of which SHE picked out,but she had ALL the flooring tear out for the entire house, dumped at hinton heights into their dumpsters, as bridgette told her she could dump it there as long as she "spread it around" in the dumpsters. hmmmmmmmmm i wonder how your tenants would like to know that, as they pay monthly for trash removal--- and how Belgarde would like to know that!!! Don't rent from this disgraceful bunch of coherts--they can't be believed, or trusted. we will see them in court, as we left it very clean, and presentable- more . by the way - the 68 year old friend of mine that was the renter-- certainly gave them no trouble over the year he lived there---there wasn't even "wear paths" on the carpet- as there was hardly any traffic in the place--- but they say they are replacing the ENTIRE- carpet , as it is so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! what a joke you guys are!!!!!

I lived here for a year and a half. I have NEVER dealt with such unorganized, lying people as this Bridget person who runs the office. I don't even know where to begin...I guess first I am very suspicious of any good reviews..pretty sure they wrote them in the office, while they should have been keeping paperwork up to date. The owners of the property would be well served to get rid of the entire office staff and replace them with people who actually know how to run a place of business professionally. They have to be related to someone to have kept their jobs. Our apartment was entered by someone with a key and they used my child's xbox..there is a record on it of what has been done..the place was locked and we were out of town. There were police with dogs searching outside the door on more than one occasion when my teenagers were home alone...it scared them. My daughter was harassed by the 'men' who live there when she walked to get the mail. Someone broke the screen to a bedroom window trying to break in. The neighbors we shared the garage with came out to yell if you left the door open longer than they deemed necessary. (maybe I was waiting for someone to come out to get in the car?!) The plowing is bad, the maintenance is bad - they 'fixed' a sink handle multiple times when I asked them to please just replace it. The' 'fixed' the shelves in a kitchen cabinet multiple times until I just stopped using it because I got tired of asking. The electrical outlets are worn and plugs just fall out of the wall...they didn't see the problem with that. The pool was closed half the time, the playground full of teenagers who were up to no good. We witnessed multiple drug deals, the kids in the complex can point out the dealers' apartments, if you are into that, I guess it's the perfect place to be. My kids lost two bikes to theft, and knew of many friends whose bikes were stolen. A flower planter was taken from our patio. The neighbor's unattended little kids would wander over regularly and look right in our windows. I could go on and on....but the major issues are with fabricated late fees and late rent that wasn't late..then you think there has been a resolution and voila! a note left .on your door...for something that isn't correct. It stressed my kids, it stressed me... I hated opening my door! I was late with rent once but we had a verbal agreement (don't trust them!!!!!) that bridget couldn't seem to remember, the nasty phone calls and childish notes were so unprofessional. Now they are saying that I owe money months after I have left and have damaged my credit. I have to pay an attorney to get rid of these crazy people. Bottom line, there are other places, if you value your sanity, your credit, your safety, find something else. We found a house to rent and for $100 more a month, it is amazing...the peace.

Not a good place to live. Management sucks. They are horrible. Save yourself some stress and don't move in.
