I love this place. Yes, it's older but huge units and crazy Hawaiian/Palm Springs ambiance. Smoking big band rehearsals on Wednesdays, awesome staff and neighbors. Pools, spa, golf, tennis, great park across the street - and a little Hollywood history wherever you turn.

Yes, it's a little rundown, but my unit itself is fantastic, and the spa world class. This much square footage and amenities would be double anywhere else in this area. The sense of community, security, and wacky ambience is for people that enjoy that and willing to put up with minor inconveniences to get a big space, tennis, putting golf, jacuzzi, steam, sauna, pools, and inexpensive access to a large entertainment room and conference room - and great park across the street for a fraction of the cost.
