We're still living there and have lived there for four years. I've rented quite a few apartments before; this was the best. In unit washer and dryer. Fairly prompt maintenance. They give you plenty of warning before coming in your apartment and only do it twice a year or so to check the AC/ducts and to change the dryer filter. They're pet friendly, the office staff is nice, and they leave you alone otherwise-- which is a big change from the places I was at before.

My wife and I move a lot. Needless to say we have been in many different apartment complexes. So far I would say that the Hunt Club is the best so far. Main points of interest in their favor is the fairly large rooms, the walk in closest for the master with attached bathroom, and of course the free heat, hot water, and gas for the stove. It more than makes up for the increased rent in the winter. The maintenance team is pretty nice and responsive to issues. Of course with only two guys the minor stuff may take some time if they have larger issues going on. The apartment complex is fairly close to the main areas of Cockeysville and you can walk to the Mars grocery store (Odd chain only in MD, no store card so nice if you just need to stop in but more expensive than the Food Lion the other direction.) Public library in walking distance and a gym fairly close. My favorite is that there is a lightrail only a mile walk from the complex or a better one about 2.3 miles by car so if you get a job in the city or want to go downtown it is a fairly easy ride down by avoiding most of the traffic. Now for the knocks because even though it is nice it has some issues. It has a "gym" but it is pretty much the size of one you'd find in a hotel. It is also across the street in Saddlebrooke and the equipment isn't the greatest. No club house for the price. Again Saddlebrooke has one that can kind of be used but I just feel awkward when I go over there. They have a pool but again over in Saddle Brooke and it is fairly unimpressive compared to some of the other complexes in the area and the fact it is shared doesn't help matters. We've seen some mice but the exterminator that they have came out the next day to spray and lay traps. Haven't seen them since.

Horrible. I currently live in Reldas Ct in an upgraded apartment paying premium rent. One main task for us is to catch the cockroaches roaming in the kitchen. At least you will be able to catch 2 everyday & if you are lucky, even more. Made numerous complain to the management but the response is, it will take months to solve this problem(we moved to this apartment four months ago). Until then its our fate to live in this apartment. My 2yr old kid gets terrified when he sees cockroaches around his playing area in the living room & in the kitchen (not to mention the mice). Sorry to say this but very very poor management. I wont recommend to anyone.

I've lived in two apartments so far, and this was by far the better... The floors were a little squeaky, but I haven't seen any cockroaches (HUGE improvement) and the people in the neighborhood are nice. Pet friendly, friendly staff. No major complaints.
