Sadly I live here. At full price, not on Section 8 like most of the neighbors. In my lease agreement it clearly stated what apartment and what parking spot belongs to me. Someone parked in my parking spot. 7:01 pm I emailed management stating that someone parked at my spot and I need the towing company phone number. No reply. I even called the after hour phone number. Of course, it only went to voice mail. Next day, my car is gone. I sent another email around 8:45 am to management. I went to college. Office hours open at 10 am. No email response. At noon I went in the office. The new manager, Sabrina, said, "oh I heard of your story." I got upset because I tried emailing her and I didn't receive any responses nor a phone call. Then I asked for the towing company phone number. Sabrina said that it was a mistake for them to parked there and they are new residents. I went ahead and thanked the people who parked at my spot and towing my car. The guy told me that SABRINA told them that THAT parking spot belongs to them and if I have any concerns, for me to talk to Sabrina. I went ahead and went back to talk to Sabrina. She denied that information because she said that she never assigned a parking spot for them. That I need to go back to him to tell him to call her. So I went back to the neighbor and told him to call her. They did and they said that Sabrina advised them to call security. So I left back to Sabrina. Sabrina said that the female neighbor said that I was knocking on their window. Which I WASN'T. I'm very upset because someone/ almost everyone is lying. I know that when I signed my lease agreement, it states my apartment number and parking spot. Since Sabrina said that they're new, they would of gotten the lease agreement with their apartment number and parking spot. If Sabrina did her job correctly, this could of been a voided. The female resident said that she didn't know that it was my spot. The male resident said that Sabrina told him that it was theirs. Phoenix Towing company and Sabrina said that the security tried to contact me; but no one did. I called the security and they said that they have no information on me. Only the fact that there was a car parked in front of another car. Therefore they couldn't contact me. I'm even more upset because I have a group of adults lying to me. The one who parked at my spot, who was in the wrong, towed my car. At the end, I have to pay for my car from the towing company. Sabrina sucks as a manager and I wouldn't be surprised if Sabrina denies any of my request for anything.

What do I like about them? Nothing.
