Peek Howe Real Estate/Amesbury Management served as the Management company for The Heritage at Hillcrest Apartments in Austin Texas and has evidently decided that they do not want to have an accounts payable department. They have closed their office in Austin and evidently feel like they do not have to fulfill there obligations. We have multiple outstanding invoices nearly 6 months old from this company and while we have not been denied payment, we are totally and completely unable to get any response from anyone in accounts payable. The phones are answered immediately for leasing calls but when you ask for anything, nobody seems to be around, out to lunch, on vacation, on the other line, I am guessing I am not the only one that is owed money. Unprofessional to vendors and I am guessing the same is true for tenants and owners. Do not do business with this company.
