Ran by corporate office with corporate policy who don't give a crap about their customer. I try to be civilize with office worker, but they will always refer to their policy with NO EXCEPTIONS rule. It's like they don't care, they are just there to work. Alot of unnecessary contract which leads the tenants prison in fees such as the cable and pool bands. It's much easier to bundle with cable and internet, but they make you purchase their cable so you have to pay internet separately which cost more all together. You don't have a choice, it's part of their contract. The water band pool got me the most. No tenant in the apartment complex ever uses the stupid pool bands! They already give you the key to access the pool area and nobody checks. So if you lose the pool band, which looks like wristband you get attending a night club, you pay 30 dollars for it. I even told the leasing office that I don't want them and they can hold on to it because I might misplace a rubber band in my household. They said, "No" as if they had foreseen most tenants wouldn't even have them till the end of their lease so they can charge you. NO EXCEPTIONS! corporate policy. The billing is just as a nuisance because they won't let you pay ahead of time. You have to pay exactly within 3 days of the due date. So if you are away on vacation somewhere or had plans that will take up a lot of your time and attention, they don't give you the option to pay in advance. It's like they are enforcing you to land into their penalty fee zone. NO EXCEPTIONS! Huntington chase could be so much better if they had more flexibility with their customers. I like living there at the apartment itself. It's safe, good neighbors, clean place, easy commute to work. But dealing with the leasing office and their corporate rules is a deal breaker to me. They make it so much more difficult for their customer and all they can say is, "it's policy" with no empathy. No one should ever lease there. They are just robots there to dig their hands inside you pocket.
Disappointing!!! Tenants without Central Air for weeks. Even during days of 95 plus weather...One tenant was given ONE window unit for a two bedroom apartment that didn't cool the apartment at all. Several complaints made about heat, then several complaints about air. When complained about apartment being hot, was brought a portable AC. Days later maintenance came and took it back, because another tenant needed it. REALLY??? This complex wants rent paid on time, and think if they give you A window unit, you should be good to go. Corporate wouldn't return calls. Already recommending people NOT to move here. Horrible customer and maintenance service.
When I first moved here back in January I was super excited, i always thought this was a nice looking apt complex in a great location in warner robins....WRONG!!! This has been the worst apartment experience ever....I am constantly debating with myself whether I should bite the bullet and break the lease...They are always charging for stupid stuff....oh! and did I mention that the people in the complex feel they can barge into your apartment whenever they feel like it...I've had an xbox and a laptop stolen and I know it was somebody that worked here, and all property management did was shrug their shoulders. They are very rude, if you don't have that rent to them on the third, they are going to try and kick you out on the fourth...and if you try to see if they'll work with you, they'll have the snarkiest attitude and treat you like a 3 dollar trick....i cannot wait to get out of this place...property management, minus Aaron, has no idea what they're doing and they have no people skills.
I moved into this apartment in December of 07'.. and people were right!! They charge for ridiculous things and I have never been so unhappy with the office staff! I wish I would of never moved here! AND not to mention, the gate doesn't even work half the time! They are so rude and I can't wait till my lease ends so I can get the HELL OUT OF THERE!
