We lived in integra landings from 2010-2012 and were in the process of moving out when we were relocated due to my husbands job. Maintenance was good but the apartment was nt worth what we were paying for it . we had constant bug problems because of the pond out back and for sealing around the doors and patio. our neighbors upstairs threw parties at 1-2 am during the week and would play their music so loud we could hear the lyrics. We called the front office the next day and they told us to go talk to them and ask them to turn it down, thats not my job! we were told the same thing when the group of college kids moved across the hall and would stand outside and argue almost every night so we decided it was time to move. our bathtub made loud noises when you got in and they say it was from the concrete not being leveled and it couldn't be fixed. we had a garage attached to our apartment and people would constantly park outside our garage from different buildings. I was pregnant and complained after having pain but couldn't get out of our garage to get to the emergency room. other than those things the place was ok just wish we would have moved sooner.

I've lived in several apartments in several states and this is by far the least of them. First, upon moving in I realized their attempt at "cleaning" the apartment prior to my arrival was dismal at best. There were stains in the fridge, food and liquid splattered on the cabinets, trash in the pantry, the floors were dirty and clearly, it never occurred to anyone to hit the baseboards with a broom...ever. It was one of the dirtiest units I have ever seen. They did come back in and clean it, but could have done better. Thank goodness they replaced the carpet before I moved in. If you pick an apartment on the first floor, be aware that you will hear every drawer, cabinet, and door close from your neighbors upstairs (and the ones next to you). You will hear them take every step and a few conversations. Also, I would have appreciated someone telling me prior to moving in that there are no overhead light fixtures in the bedrooms or living rooms. That would have been useful when I was making my decision on where to lease an apartment. Additionally, parking is a joke here. If you have a job that goes past 6 or 7 in the evening, good luck finding parking when you get home. Many folks just park in the no parking zones because there aren't enough parking spaces. I'm just thankful I have a short term 7 month lease while my home is being built. Utilities are high, every single one...even higher than I paid in a two story town home. I can't wait to move out in a few weeks...counting the days. My advice, look elsewhere to rent. There are better properties, with better amenities and are better maintained out there for the money.

I have lived there for 6 months, when I was looking at the apartment everyone seemed very nice. When I decided to sign the lease it was all down hill from there. The staff was rude, didn't even show me where the place I was living in at just told me go all the way down. I call for little problems that the apartment has and they say ok and hang up the phone. The place is a little pricey for what it is and they have a huge spider problem outside the doors and stair ways. Other then the staff and spider problem it's not that bad.

I liked living in Integra. Nice and secluded from surrounding businesses, near the highway though which was a plus for me (commuting to school in orlando). The apartments are nice and well kept. It's fairly quiet in the neighborhood, the only problem I had was the staff. The girls in the office were nice, but when we moved out, scammed us into a bill of 900$.. On the bill was a list of "broken" things that we needed to pay for? They never did a walk through with us, and to this day, don't have receipts or photos from the "damage"... Just be smart (with any apartment)...

They overcharge you on rent and fees are ridiculous. There is absolutely NO parking! Not a single spot because people have parties and have more than one car and the management refuses to do anything about it. Then when you park against the sidewalk, they tow you. Management is no help. The hangman is wonderful though and is great at his job!
