They are horrible! They really get you when they give the tour but the very first day I moved in I regretted it the moment I walked through the door. There were still stains on the carpet.There was mildew building on the ceiling in the restroom and the outlets in the kitchen didn't even work. Then I went to their office to have them fix it and 2 weeks later it still never got fixed. Then I told them again and they still never fixed it. Then I paid for rent and twice their system delayed my payment and they charged me for the late fee even though it was their systems fault. And there was one man in the office who was just always in a bad mood and such a jerk to the people living there and his co-workers. Don't live here!

The Management is very unfriendly treating Tenants in a very rude way like inmates in a jail not guests paying their salaries, noticed racist against Middle Eastern and Asians , A Master to slave treatment with a threat of eviction for any minor stuff, The manager told me once to behave myself hile I was talking to her in a very professional way, Irvine Company needs to address the integrity and Multi cultural community in their Apartments, ONLY Sonic is the lady we go to solve any issues trying to avoid the manger and other guys who looks at you like a beggar and treat people with no respect.

Comparing it to most apartments in Irvine, it is old and less beautiful. But the price is a bit cheaper. one big complain i have is, they made me pay $1500 for finding bed bugs. it was unfair, i didn't even know how those little bastards came to my house. Beside that i lived there for three years as undergrad student in UCI. A lot of UCI students in parkwest, and there is a UCI bus running every 30 minute. For college students, i advice this place. through many parties, no complain

Hate this place ever!! No AC!!/ spiders every where!! Noise every morning!! And only 1 parking for each apts. :/ dirty washing room

While the bedrooms and layout are nice the customer service and office facilities are the worst I have experienced. The office staff members themselves are nice and attentive but actually following through with certain billing and contact organizing are seriously lacking. The Park West Resident's office is one of the most unprofessional, untimely, and disorganized office I have ever experienced. They misplaced our apartment file multiple times, asked my roommates and I to sign contracts several times because they "misplaced it" among other unnecessary mishaps such as moving around our rent money to pay NWP (in result, we got charged more than necessary), late notice on documentation, and failing to properly upkeep our lease information and outreach towards its residents. Not to mention that the parking situation is atrocious. I only chose Park West because it was close to the UCI campus and was one of the more affordable facilities in Irvine but their resident services undoubtedly needs more attention.
