this is the most lousy place i have ever lived in my entire life. 1 whenever there is rain, no one is coming to clean the street. tons of water on the way. 2 inside the apartment, the carpet is literally like $30 years old and very much contaminated. When i moved out, they charged me $375 to clean up the place because there are black dots on the carpet. can you believe it? 3 the washer and dryer inside the apartment is not functioning. I called the apartment to let them fix it. it's not working properly even after they come to fix it. so i decided not using the dryer for the entire time when i was living in the place. when i moved out, they charged me $100 for the dryer not functioning. 4 The countertops are very lousy and they charged me $275 to resurface the countertop.

These apartments are horribly small for the amount that they are charging residents. Not to mention the fact that they are changing office staff every 6 months and they actually rent out the office itself for parties that go until 3AM with music blaring so loud that it sounds like you are standing outside of a dance club inside your own bedroom. They have allowed these parties multiple times, and since there is no noise clause in the lease you have to go off the city of Bellevue's noise policy. We had to call the police because the complex would do nothing. Also the walls are so thin you can hear every time your upstairs neighbor takes a dump. Currently the complex is also trying to rip us off. They think that since we paid our final rent in May, the utilities for Feb were due then!! Which is ridiculous. They will not return my calls, and when I have sched an appt with them they close the office early. I personally thinking the owner should run an audit and wouldn't be surprised if someone is embezzling. All in all I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It is THE WORST complex I have ever lived in.

Old Apartments, but rents are on par with the recently renovated apartments. Staff is very rude. Greedy management. Water and Sewage bills , no clue how they charge. Never under 3 digit figure. No apartment charge this high water and sewage bills than this apartment community. They have a very small room for party, they rent it and its a part of office. This is how greedy these management people are. Hope the management of this community sees this and correct the problems.

This is one of the worst apartment in Bellevue. We join 6 months back and now we are looking for another apartment. maintenance is worst, management is very bad. Utility bills are very high aprox $200 for 3 person including 2 year old kid, when we ask for explanation manager told me to leave the apartment.kitchen appliances and carpet are very old, w/d not working properly. i will never recommend to anybody

Very nice management quiet community,clean, and when I need repairs done very quick service!!! love this place
