I usually don't write reviews but since I threw some money away to live at kings landing I want other people to be aware of my experience. The maintenance guy "doesn't have common sense" is what the manager here told my wife when she complained about him walking into our apartment with no notice. If you call Samantha at corporate she will tell you that she OWNS the apartments and has no supervisor which is complete bullshit. Trying to get a hold of her supervisor, the VP Jeff, is completely pointless because he'll never call you back. They had a woman named Darcy sell us on the apartment, and didn't tell us it was her second day working here. She didn't tell us about over $300 in fees that we had to pay AFTER moving in. Their policy is to not take post dated check, which Darcy did anyway. When you ask her a question she replies with I don't know, I have to ask Ryan, or shrugging her shoulders. I can't understand how incompetent someone has to be to not know the answer to literally every question you ask. All they care about is taking your deposit, and then doing nothing to help the residents.
