We lived at this apartment for one year. It was horrible-DO NOT MOVE HERE. Their rent may include heat, but it is so overpriced. Residents were smoking in the hallways of the apartments, so that our apartment would smell so horrible. I contacted them about it, but they said that unless we knew specifically who was doing it, they couldn't do anything about it-UM HELLO? How about a non-smoking sign in the building? When we moved in, there was rotten, spoiled food left in the fridge, not to mention it was disgusting. The dishwasher didn't work. The tub was disgusting and the closet doors kept breaking. Maintenance came out multiple times and yet they were never truly fixed. The windows appeared to be newer, yet air was always leaking in. I can't find anything that I actually liked about living here. Now that it's time for us to move, because we're buying a house-they claimed that we never gave them notice that we were vacating-which we did. Now they are saying that we have to pay the month-to-month rate another month, which is almost $200 more a month. Also, I saw homeless men dumpster diving, like literally head first in the dumpster in the parking lot on multiple occasions. These apartments appear to be clean and well-maintained, but they're ghetto and dirty and the management are all scam artists.

The staff are very pleasant and polite. Unfortunately, its overshadowed by the abundance of loud music and chaos. I also wish they had bigger apartments.
