the place is good manager Margaret us very bad. she does not care residents she charges a lot if money for nothing i live 5 years befire she came i did not have any problem .when she came every thing is changing she does not like refugees and people can not speak ebglish well. when you move se charges money and sends collections without knowing you . even se doesn't treat resident well and yelling on you i never see manager like her she doesn't care the business ower can lose his business if stays here . i know a lot of people complaining her i don't want even star becouse her.
Positive reviews you are reading on here are FAKE.Especially if they are less than 5yrs old. l have been living here for more than 5 plus yrs. This place used to have nice people (management). Our lease will expire next year and i can't wait. Management is awful. The manager is everything you don't want. She is bitter, angry, cold....l don't even have the right words. Of course she is somehow new, i think she has been a manager since 2012. There was one nice lady who finally decided to quit 3 weeks ago. So the staff is now filled with 3 cold, heartless, mean spirited women. It is just bad. Think twice, consider the reviews below a 5 star rating, they are correct. But got to say that the 2 new cold, mean spirited women (one old) the other (in her late 40's) are worse than the manager. When you have a problem the answer is usually "l don't know." Have seen those poor refugees talked to like they are not worth their time. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If the cooperate office is seeing this, look into the situation. Ask why there are a few vacant apts? Mean spirited people that you can smell how mean they are. Something is wrong with this management and we can't wait to move out.

DO NOT RENT @ LA MIRADA. They are cosmetically okay looking but they are really old and things break all the time. Plumbing sucks, the noise level is too high even with double pane windows. TOOOOOO Noissssieeee here! Toooo O0000LLLLLLddddddd. They take forever to fix things. Ghettooooo! Roaches by the millions. I hear them in the walls at night. This place stresses me out and people looked depressed too. Too many pot heads and thieves around.
Don't get me wrong the apartment complex is great, but the manager woman with the crazy curly hair doesn't know how to treat people. I have see more evictions from the moment she took over than I have ever seen anywhere. I can't believe all of them where bad tenants. The problem is that she keeps trying to charge people for things she shouldn't be. Then when they say they aren't gonna pay, she kicks them out and charges them even more fees. Something shady is going on with the way she does business. Also, not everyone here is treated the same. For example, pets are welcome, sure but you have to take them off the property to do their business. Okay, I understand with the kids rollin around in the grass, but not everyone does. Big fat lady does not get fines for having her dog do it's business in the grass two/three times a day, even while she is talking to the maintenance guy. Does she pick up the crap, not always. Whatever, this place is WACK!!!!!!!!!! I'm just waiting for my turn to get evicted. Oh wait I don't have kids. They are usually they ones who get kicked out first. Place is great, manager needs to be replaced, end of story.
