We have a 1 bedroom light-filled, cozy super clean Apartment on 6th floor LakeWood with a very nice view. We are moving soon because we have bought a new house, and we are looking for someone to rent the place.

Monthly rental is around ~$1,850/month for a 1 year lease and can vary depending on your lease period. The rental office usually charges you slightly more when you are on shorter lease terms.

Note that the leasing process should be done through the rental office and we have to apply through the office, call me on or email me and Ill explain the process to you.

From our experience, Lakewood Apartments have a super convenient Location: Very close to SFSU and the bus stop is right in front of the building. You are minutes away from 101 and 280, less than 2 miles from major shopping centers like Stonestown Galleria, Westlake Shopping Centre, and Lakeshore Plaza. You can also benefit from the Lakewood Fitness Centre, Tennis Court, Pool, Steam rooms and dry sauna, Gas bbq and picnic area, Clubhouse, and of course amazing views of the Lake Merced.
