I Lived here for 6 months and recommend not to sign a lease with this complex. I don't know where to begin. The people in the office care nothing about their residents and are very rude. They have no respect and have no interests in you, as a resident. The parking is absolutely terrible and the complex adds lot of hidden fees like valet trash. Not many options for TV or Internet connections. Verizon FIOS is the only high speed internet option and is expensive. If you want TV, it's going to be DirecTV. There are no other options.

Overall the apartment is great from a structural point of view. * Very good-looking * Extremely well-kept grounds * Seemingly attentive staff and management Living here, however, is a much different experience: * Parking is atrocious - There are about 2 free parking spaces for every 10 paid covered spaces. If you get off of work past 5pm and haven't purchased one of these covered spots, you are almost guaranteed a good 100 yard walk. * Noise is not their concern. If you have a complaint about a neighbor, forget it. The office will tell you that they "are working on it", but nothing is ever resolved. * Payments are a HASSLE. No checks allowed. Online payment is available for a $40 dollar charge. Otherwise you will have to go get a money order for your rent. So either tack on $40 to your monthly rent, or wait in line at a bank every month to make payment. Not what you would expect in modern times. * If you want TV, it's going to be DirecTV. There are no other options. FiOS is an option for internet, but the only option for TV is DirecTV. Also, the only way to get the TV is through one of their affiliates that charges about $350 just to set it up. May have changed since this review but that was my experience. * There is no gate code. You are given 1 gate opener and no other way to open the gate. If you have friends come and visit you, you will have to walk all the way out to the gate and use your gate opener to let them in. Lost your opener? $100 for a new one. * Fire alarm checks are given 24 hour notice. As a former firefighter, I understand that fire systems should be checked. Obviously keeping up with these tests are important. However, I believe it should be common courtesy to give a decent warning to the residents. Flyers are handed out at about 4pm the day before, and the fire system checks start at about 9am the next day. Not ideal if you'd like any sleep that day. Some positives: * Maintenance is awesome. If you have a maintenance issue, the guys that take care of things are friendly, efficient, and pretty much just cool people. Like a friend coming over to help you fix something. * Gym, pool, and other amenities are well-maintained. * As mentioned, grounds are very well kept. No bugs, freshly-cut lawn, etc. Overall it is a great looking complex. * The residents are always friendly in my experience. * No crime. I have yet to see or hear anything about a crime committed on these premises.

This apartment complex is a little pricey , but not a bad place to live. I do like the valet trash and the playground for my son. At the same time the office staff is rude and unhelpful they also have no idea whats going on. To get a clear answer on how much is owed for rent you must speak to three different people. And usually you will get a notice on your door retuning your rent because the office staff has no idea how much you actually owe. I would not recommend living here because of the staff.
