Keep all work orders all as possible stay away from this place is horrible.people break the rules behind the office back.don't live by the office by the pool if you ever call security make sure to get a lawyer to call to make change of noticed in the office you will need one.people lie when theirs a conflict it's horrible stay away from this place.keep emails as needed!!!!!!! Because if you don't you will be forced to be moved out people don't care. People yell at you from your neighbours they are loud then turn everything against you then lie to the office. Update .haha no don't live here .when I first moved in no one stayed hello or hi or ment to say a sweet hello..... one lady turned everyone against which I found out so no one could great me. Worst place in the whole entire world. Doesn't need to be rebuild.Need a lawyer,to fix problems.I was physical abused with the word phsyical coming down from the first floor 103 they would yell at me say rude things they would yell at my brain yell through the walls I am not taking down my review.it was a horrible place I hated the way I got treated. .after calling back and forth from the office to fix the problem the office didn't fix anything. The highschool kids lied to the office announced it out in public so loud I heard when I eased dropped. ` I really did lie ` I really did. ` then hop happily back inside Of the apartment. They smoked weed it stunk so bad coming through the door.I really did lie to harrestment me some more. I was so hardest one to keep a smile on my face without fixing the problem.stay away from this place as far as you can.yeah it looks nice the apartment is super nice the blue walls look really pretty.but after being behind closed office hours STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU POSSIBLE POSSSIBLE POSSIBLE POSSIBLE POSSIBLE CANT DONT LIVE HERE .I WILL NOT TAKE DOWN MY REVIEW.please read take your time it's not 755 dollars to live in. Make sure to get a law suit before you pay 755 a month.people are horrible or was that bad it was horrible.you will need a lawyer to let them know you live their people can't force you to move out when you pay rent. People can decide oh I live here still you move.You have to ignore them yelling at your move out with Tilley need a law suit it was stupid frausting stupid and dumb.when the office fails to update to tell the people who are causing the problem of making you move don't live here it's horrible.it is sad when the office can't handle any situation when the situation needs to be fixed you have to call the police after office hours because the office can't handle any SITUATIONS. it's horrible. Update they failed to fix my a c air conditioning they would always half asss it would have a leak they said the house shifts mam why we can't get the leak to fix it was 100 degrees outside and no air explained the choice of bad fixing never fixed it.

Worst apartments do not move here it's been a month of me calling them and my kids room still floods and there is mold growing on the walls already. My apartment smells so bad do to the carpet being wet for over a month and they just don't care to come fix it. Do not move here at all! I regret spending all that money to move in I called everywhere and still they don't do anything I even called the city and all they did was put a fan in the room. Like if that was going to help! DO NOT MOVE HERE AT ALL!

These apartments are the worst I have ever experienced or heard of! On top of being rat infested, there are spiders everywhere, my apartment wasn't cleaned before I moved in, I had an old, molded dishwasher in the apartment for over 2 WEEKS after they were notified of the problem, I am in the wrong apartment ( which they were notified about on the day of move in), strange chemical smells flood my apartment at random times, at which times I am told " it is your bathroom cleaner", the fire alarm on the outside of the building has been broken for MONTHS, the lock on one of my doors has been malfunctioning since I moved in, at which time I put in a work order, and it is STILL not fixed.Do not move here. Dallas has too many options to settle for this crap

Never had a problem. We've stayed at all three of their locations. Work orders are completed timely.

Worst place ever. Expensive & outdated!
