This has been the worst place I've ever lived (still, unfortunately, a resident). I have stayed in barracks and hostels in non-English speaking countries with more capable, caring staff. Originally, I was sold a studio apartment that a week before I was to move-in became "unavailable." The current tenant had cancelled his 2-week move out notice because apparently you can do that at any time. Don't worry, they were able to come through with a more expensive one-bedroom that was available exactly the same time (what appears to be the old, highly illegal practice of BAIT AND SWITCH).Ended up waving my deposits, after multiple phone calls and incredible stress, to try and make it right. About a week or so from moving in, A/C dies (in July) and water pressure was awful. I'm reasonable in understanding these things happen. It's the lack of care or urgency from the office staff that is the major problem. I had to almost sit-in protest the front office everyday for 5 days straight before they sent a maintenance person to look at it. One guy comes and looks (they only have two), says it will take too long to fix and it's 4'o'clock so he'll come back tomorrow. He didn't. The front office is continuously claiming that they're unaware of things. It's their default excuse to say "they didn't know", it's your job to know, you're paid to know. It's been a few smooth months and now my bathroom has been leaking water from the A/C unit. Started on Saturday, it's quite a bit of water so i'd consider it an emergency. Called the Corporate hotline and was hung up on, twice. Finally reach someone and explain what's happening, it's 7pm, i'm told maintenance is busy and it will about 10pm when they are available to call me. I stay up until 11pm waiting (I work at 5am) and there were no calls, no knocks on my door. Mind you that I also placed a maintenance ticket in myself through their online resident portal which I don't think anyone looks at because MY CEILING IS STILL LEAKING AS I TYPE THIS!. Don't live here. It's not worth your nightmares being realized. The staff is clearly trying to just fill apartments and once your here under a lease, they'll basically ignore you. UPDATE: First post was 2 months ago. It's now October 30th. This place grows increasingly worse. Currently, IT'S POURING RAIN IN MY LIVING ROOM BECAUSE THE SLIDING DOOR HAS SEPARATED FROM THE BUILDING! Call the hotline. Nice lady answers. Informs me she will call maintenance. I tell her it's a waste of time. Maintenance never answers the phone. Proceed to hold for 10/15 minutes. Lo and behold, maintenance doesn't answer their phone. Once again, I'm going to be up all night with no response from the property. I have work at 5am. They're keeping me from sleeping and are costing me more money than the rent that I don't feel I should be paying anymore. Feels like I'm living in a sick social experiment.

Living here has been a nightmare. I've had nothing but one problem after another. Roaches: From the start there were roach problems. The pesticide workers are rumored to only put papers on the counter. During the 3 months this problem persisted, the office would just put in an order for more pesticide. 3 months this didn't work. When they started eating my clothes I finally had to get my own pesticide to resolve the problem. Even then, the office wouldn't take off the charge they force you to pay for the non-working pesticide every month. The office did nothing. Noise: The walls are paper thin. If you live on the bottom floor the roof will loudly pop, snap, and crack whenever someone casually walks above you. If they turn up their T.V. or music, it sounds like you are in the room with them. The material is so thin that you can smell the pot they smoke or disastrous cooking. Loud is the theme here and it continues into the night. 1am, 3am, 6am, you will hear loud rap music and bass. Everyone is allowed to own up to 2 animals. The barking is constant as they all like to talk to each other. If you report it to the office though...nothing will happen. They don't do a single thing. My neighbors suggested ear plugs. When I reported them, I was threatened. The office did nothing. God help you if you work an overnight shift as you surely won't survive. Parking: It's everyone for themselves here. Despite there being a visitor parking and tags for residents to put in their windows, it's not enforced. While not having a designated parking spot sounds like a small inconvenience that quickly changes when the Cowboys or Rangers are playing and people invite their friends over, meaning you will park on the street or halfway on the other side of the complex. Enjoy carrying your groceries from there. People: Multiple times I've gone to do laundry and found homeless people sleeping there. I've seen multiple fights in the parking lot, had my hubcaps stolen off my car, had my mailbox broken into and (twice) my packages were stolen. Even the cable is often stolen here. Will this happen to you? Maybe not. Could it? Most definitely. Maintenance: These poor guys are overworked. Part of it may be due to the fact that not only are they slow but they don't actually fix anything. During the winter my heater went out. It took them 2 weeks to fix it. It took them months to fix the hole in the wall they cut so I could have internet (I don't count ducktape as a fix). I've been living here a year and the shower STILL randomly fluctuates from hot and cold water. Imagine waking up at 6am to get ready for work and not knowing if you'll have a cold or hot shower? Staff: At best, the staff is polite when you speak to them. That's where it ends though. Getting them to answer their phone is a Christmas miracle and a return call is nothing short than wishful thinking. All of the problems I've stated were shrugged off or "noted" by the office. There is no compensation, resolution, or actual help. If apologies could fix problems this would be a great place as that seems to be their only ability. You will get the feeling you are on your own here. Don't expect any service. This place is honestly only semi-good at convincing people to live here but once you are moved in, good luck. You might not have the problems I had, but you will have problems eventually and the office will not fix them when they happen. If you get a problem and you try to reach someone outside the office, they tell you to contact the office or set up an appointment, but the office never gets in touch with you and they will tell you that appointments are only to view floor plans. People here pass the buck and are happy to notify someone else or tell you to notify someone else. Problems don't get fixed, they get pushed around. Do yourself a favor and don't move here. You deserve better. Anyone does.
