This place is poorly maintained. Upon moving in our new apartment, we noticed on the outside that the trim was falling off as well as the wood to support the stairs was rotting. The inside of the apartment was dirty and had not been cleaned, the master bathroom had 9 tiles replaced that were no even the same color. These are not luxury apartments in any way. We have also had some problems with the front office. We negotiated our rent price and they accused me of lying about the price I asked for numerous times, simply because they did not communicate with each other in the office. They are very rude and seem to not care if you are happy, just trying to collect the money you owe them. I plan on moving out and do not recommend Lantana Ridge to anyone.

Great place to live. I stayed there for a long time and it's pretty safe and serene. Lot of greenery. Perfect place for an evening walk!
