This place is one of the best places for the price. There are 2 problems that i and that the doors on the fence do not lock behind you so they are always unlocked (whats the point in the fence then) and the second one is the washing machine. It take a hour to watch and 3 hours the dry one load. Other then that people are nice, great parking and nice layout of the APT. It is a good deal for the low price it is.

First and foremost, if you are military reading this review please take notice; if your trying to save money on rent " you get what you pay for". There is only 2 reasons this place doesn't get a 1 star. First one being, that for the first 2-3 months of us living there it was actually quite nice. My wife and I were not bothered, nothing was broken when we moved in and lastly we got the first updated unit with actual hardwood laminate flooring. (2 Beds, 1 Bath BTW). The second reason being that we got our entire deposit back upon moving out which the management made the process very simple. Now the cons; after the first 3 months everything turned upside down. My wife and I are clean freaks especially with a newborn so when roaches started appearing out of nowhere we did what anyone would do and submit a service request to get the unit sprayed. I think our first request was in February. When the exterminator showed up we had no warning so he basically just said "I'll be back next week". We took it up with management and they said they couldn't do anything about it but to just be prepared for the following week. We followed the instructions given to get our apartment "ready" (clean out cabinets, pantries, etc.) the day before the exterminator was supposed to show up the following week and as soon as my wife and I got home from work we see a door note stating our apartment was not ready so no spraying got done. I am a pretty patient man but when it takes almost a month and a half to get your apartment sprayed it is pretty outrageous. Well the worst part is that we kept seeing roaches even though they sprayed at least 3-4 times in the last 3 months I was there. Since our house is white glove clean at all times there shouldn't be that much roaches right? Well it's because of all the people that live in pig-sty's around your apartment. Lastly, since having a newborn it is already hard enough to get a goodnight sleep so when we had new upstairs neighbors move in it felt like a family of 16 moved into a 2 bed 2 bath apartment that would be so loud that it would wake me up in the late hours of the night and that's because I am a heavy sleeper. Nonetheless, I was extremely happy when I got orders to PCS and got my family out of there sooner rather than later. My advice to you, is to pay another 100 bucks to stay at a better place.

Oh wow... okay I don't know where to start... I guess pros and cons. Cons first, Cons: The walls aren't sound proof at all! At night we can hear moaning at right now, someone has their music on full blast. It is so annoying when you are trying to get things done. Sprinklers turn on at 5:10 right when people are getting home from work. The balconies do not offer much privacy. No one picks up after their dogs, so the grass is full of feces. Our puppy actually got parvo from here. We had to give him up because it is deadly. Oh last but not least, I never use the dishwasher but the one and only time I did, it completely leaked all over the place! I did not report it though, I just cleaned up the mess and went on with my day. I should though... I don't want them to think we broke it. Pros: Washer/dryer in your own apartment. On site - laundry facility. Built in heater in the room for those cold nights [definately a plus]! Plenty of parking spaces. Reserved parking have covered. Gated community. The maintenance people are available 24hrs. Not the best quality of maintenance but it will do. Pool which I have not tried but definately need to soon! Playground for the kids. Open space inside apartments. Fair price. Electric stove- so I don't have to worry about blowing up everytime I cook. Haha. Oh I also love that we have an outside storage closet for my husband's things he never uses. That is all I can think of right now. These apartment buildings have their ups and downs, but it is cozy.

I honestly wish there was something on the scale worse than poor-fair. This place is so disgusting and unsafe! I moved here from WI and I read the reviews thinking that it can't be bad.... I actually think that people went too easy on this place while giving reviews. Homeless people hang out in the empty lot next door and sometimes come sit on the playground. The gates NEVER work and the doors are always unlocked or broken. If your car is parked on the street- I hope you like your windows broken and your stuff stolen. It is unbelievably noisy. 30 Mexicans live in one apartment. The apartments across the street have quincenaras all the time that don't stop until the wee hours of the night and the horrible music shakes the windows in your apartment. The security guard is never there- but don't worry the cops are always around the neighborhood considering shootings are regular for the area. The manager is never in the office. Maintenance never gets done and if it does its usually late. The all in one washer and dryer SUCKS and takes 8 hours and don't even dry your clothes. NO its not a stack its one unit that washes AND dries your clothes...supposedly. Fights happen constantly. ROACHES! OH MY GOSH THE ROACHES. AND the apartment manager told us not to worry about the carpet and such before we left because they are replacing it and she said we should get 300 back from our deposit- well turns out the day we left a new manager started and now we owe 200. I painted and made everything look better than it did before....Just don't waste your time OR money! They raise the rent way too often and its not even worth it. Rent a home instead. MILITARY FAMILIES SAY NO!!!!!!!!! AMERICANS SAY NO!!!!
