I give this place "NO STARS" ( I Had to give it at least a 1 * to send the post) Reason being everything about this place is an horrible experience, utter nightmare , from the gate, to the staff, including the maintenance workers, and the apartment its self. If your looking for an awful living experience, then this is the place for you, If not (PLEASE KEEP LOOKING). The staff does not care about the needs of renters, and their actions proves it. Its like their just there for a pay check, not to provide a great living experience for renters at all, I was paying to be in a gated community but the gate seem to always be available to anyone and everyone, I felt like what's the point of paying for a gated apartment if the gate is never closed, It completely defeated the purpose of it being gated, yet still I was being charged but never had to use the gate key. The pool was never in swimming condition I've been there through summer of last year and never once was able to get into the pool because of the debris and the green color, no one ever did what they needed to do so that anyone could enjoy the pool throughout the summer, I don't know maybe they didn't know a pool guy/company that would come out. I couldn't utilize the pool at all which I was pretty upset about, I've called the office many times about the amount of bugs I was noticing, I was told after going to the office because of the lack phone calls the was being unanswered, that someone will spray around the place, doesn't seem like that happened at all. I felt like I was sharing my place with bugs that just wouldn't go away, Anytime you call out to them you could barley get them to answer the phone to assist you with your needs. So going in would be a better way to handle issues which isn't always convenient, but that's just how the staff showed courtesy for others needs.Renting from this place was the worst mistake I've ever made, and I regret it, It might be ok as far as the picture goes, but don't be fooled its a complete money trap. Please save your time, effort, and money because this place is just not the place to be renting from, If It was up to me I would fire everyone for poor service, maybe even go as far as tearing the place down. horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible experience.

Where's ' the zero star button? I'm new to the area and am ready to sign by the weekend. I walked into the office a little before 5pm yesterday and since the two office personnel were in a deep conversation, I sat down for approximately 10 minutes. While I was seated the office manager came out to talk to her employees. Not one time did anyone acknowledge my presence nor while I walked out. I thought to myself if they're treating me like this and I'm not even a resident how would they treat me if I was a resident. Either way, after experiencing pure unprofessionalism I decided to look somewhere else. Crestmont and Lakeside at Town Center are right around the corner.... Not to mention Crestmont is running a special and they're a bit cheaper and the first impression was way better. I hope this helps all prospective residents and if the corporate office for this property is reading this..... Fire your ENTIRE staff and start fresh.

Lived here for two years. While it's not the murder capital of Marietta like some people make it out to be, it does suck. I had an absolutely terrible bug problem the first year and management was in denial. It was so bad I was ashamed to have guests over. They tried to say it was because I left food out, but (a) I'm not a slob, and (b) I'd quit cooking/eating in the kitchen entirely because of the bugs. New management came and the bug problem went away. The second year they only opened 2 of the 3 pools and continued to advertise all 3. Their excuse was that they had to run a phone line to the pool... uhm, call AT&T and get them to run a phone line. It's not that difficult. What really got me was when I moved out and was handed to collections within a month before ever receiving a bill. I'd paid everything I owed on time for 2 years. Never late once. Suddenly I was getting 5 calls a day, and aside from the utilities, I don't owe the money I was sent to collections for. It's not a ton of money but I don't really want to pay someone else for the $110 of cleaning that I did and $25 for the gate key I returned. What a bunch of crooks! If you are going to lie and nickel and dime on move out, take a security deposit instead of paying 3rd parties to harass past tenants. Oh wait, then NO ONE would live there. They will also try to jack up your rent by a ton every year which is stressful. (I think they have a formula for how much they can raise rent by versus how much it will cost you to move.) They were trying to raise mine by like $80+/month when I moved. I really liked some of the people who lived and worked there but am truly disappointed in how unethically the place is run. Now I'm living 900 miles away and having to deal with this petty crap in addition to moving out of state. My advice: live somewhere else!!

We had multiple issues with illegal drug use and pest problems, management was completely unconcerned and rude to us about that. We moved out 2 weeks before our lease was over, I went in and filled out all paperwork, left them our forwarding address, turned in keys and wrote a check for our last utility bill. They incorrectly wrote our move out date as a week after our lease was over (not sure where they got that random date), then sent corporate the incorrect forwarding address (also not sure where they came up with a random address), which has now caused our account to incorrectly be put in collections. They've had to retract all of our information and our account from collections due to their errors, but this has been a complete headache. The management and office staff are HORRIBLE at their jobs. I seriously don't know how they are still employed.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! THE WORST APARTMENTS EVER!! THE MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE, THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THE TENANTS OR REPAIRS! ALLISON RUNS THE OFFICE BUT DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR CALLS, AND DOES NOTHING TO RESOLVE ISSUES!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND RUN THE OTHER WAY!! I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP. OH AND COOPERATE WON'T CALL YOU BACK EITHER!
